2-2 feels inevitable here. Neither side is good right now and the injuries will slow improvement. Stanford and McVay will use the same approach as Chicago and that’s a bad matchup.

Interesting. I guess we’ll see how ‘ol Willie can do. Honestly Jurgens has been garbage all season. If Lampkin plays and plays well, could be in a bit of a pickle

Sorry if already discussed, but has anyone seen speculation as to what is going on with Lane Johnson?

there’s been speculation, but nothing definitive. The worst speculation I saw was that he’d likely retire. The Eagles have been very closed mouth about the situation. I think the beat reporters have followed suit, so to speak, as none of them have disclosed the exact nature of the situation. The speculation has been more from fans, and fringe sites that cover the Birds. I just did a quick check for any updates, and it’s more of what I detailed, so not really worth repeating the outside speculation.

why would it be a pickle? Why cant CJ go back to center where he belongs?

because if Lampkin does well, and Kendall is doing well at C, then you have 2 players playing significantly better than Jurgens. right now, he doesn't belong on the OL with the way he's played through 4 weeks this season. He's in a dickerson situation, where they need to sit him and let him get right. that is, if "right" is even possible for him anymore

Kendall is doing well? is he? my point is, if Lampkin can play, move CJ back to his natural position C.
