This would get us out of the first round for sure. Not sure I love the potential matchup with Zona, though.

What I love about this bracket is the chance for 1 and 3 seed upsets before they get to us.

Sounds nice but it won't last. Duke has a couple more L's coming. One this week at UNC and one in the ACC tourney. They will be lucky to get a 4

KU was lucky to get past Duke without Giles, Tatum, and Bolden the first time. Now, I'm not saying those guys are otherworldly, but it's worth mentioning that Mason had to hit a buzzer beater to eek out the W. Very real chance that if we take care of biz, we play Duke. Zona makes me nervous though.

Interesting twist on Duke going to Midwest a hadn't thought about. FSU last on 3 seed line forced them to the West and Duke to midwest. Hadn't thought of that scenario. Always thought 4th acc team goes west.

I don't like AZ as our 3 either. I'd take FSU alllll day.

Duke gets garbage SMU to try and ensure they get at least a S16.

As Kansas, I'd be pissed at playing Izzo in the second round. I don't care about record.

Baylor has a better resume than we do. Butler may not be a 4 but I can guarantee you nobody wants to see them in the 2nd Rd.

Not sure Baylor has a better resume plus they have gone on a slide the last 10 games. They will prob lose a couple more as well. Don't forget the win against Oregon was without Brooks.

Any intelligent KU fan knows they lucked out in a plethora of games and are more realistically, a 3 or 4 seed. There's no way they are going into this tournament feeling great. I wouldn't be, that's for sure.

So, Duke loses both both games this past week and stays at a 4 seed, that's interesting.
So, Baylor can just lose from now on and stay a 2 seed, that's also interesting.

Joe, give it up dude.

Baylor ain't done losing, and neither is Duke fort hat matter. I expect both teams will drop one (or two) more seed lines come Selection Sunday.

If I made one guess of the top4 seed lines, it's that Baylor will NOT be a #2.. I'd bet a few hundo that they are a #3 or worse.

As long as they beat FSU, Duke should move up to a 3 seed and stay there even if the Devils lose @ UNC as long as they win one game in the ACCT.

Duke's resume is simply too strong to be seeded lower than a 4 even if they lose out the rest of the way.

If Duke does the unexpected and beats FSU and UNC this week, they will actually move up a 2 seed.

Even if they lose to UNC but beat FSU on Tuesday and win the ACCT, they will take Kentucky's 2 seed.

If Duke wins out all the way including the ACCT, they will get the 4th 1 seed in the South region.

Boy, you're operating in a dreamland.
Duke is gonna have 9 losses, if not 10. At some point the loses have to count.
Duke should end up about a 6 seed.

Not sure why people are enamored with Baylor. They are 3-5 in their last 8 and are trending in the wrong direction. Play WVU and Texas to end the season which could possibly be another 2 losses. I would kill for Baylor to be in our bracket as the 3 and move Zona elsewhere.

You just need to hope and pray that Duke stays a 5 and gets in Gonzaga's section.

Giles and Bolden wouldn't make a difference. Tatum is a game changer. I would still take KU over them. I don't think there is any way they would put UK, Duke and Kansas in the same region. Could hurt the attendance in some of the other regions as all 3 have huge followings that travel.

With the favorable treatment you douche bags get, I wouldn't be shocked by any of this.

But you're not going to go 2-0 this week and you're not going to win the ACCT. So 9 losses minimum headed into the Big Dance. That's a 4 seed for Duke.
