Many think Hampton is still an LSU lean. This visit calls that into question. I doubt the recalls unless the kid is ready to be paid and is okay being in a rotation and not a starter. I don’t see him coming in and being the guy to take the 5th spot over Kam, McBride or NDiaye.

Wow, we got an anon doofus on here, do you have any hobbies besides trolling. besides edgar sosa fan, less trolls now for sure. people want Kentucky to lose so pope gets fired aren't fans. you can't actively want your team to lose and call yourself a fan, a sore loser maybe, because you didn't get your way.

Crawford takes over recruiting 💯 % correct???
Is he proven or just a popular name?
That solves the issues with recruiting elite talent.
Proof is in the pudding.
Crawford and Mo will get the talent no question.
I still have questions despite getting Diallo and Wilkins.
Things are trending in the right direction
On that, we can agree, I suppose.
Lets stay on this wave we are on, and let the good times roll again!!

How much leeway?
At least three years, first year he got a group in here last minute and beat Duke, Gonzaga, etc. Last year he had a down year and got the wrong players, and injuries sucked. This year with a group that has no really bad injury history besides the back up center well see what he can do
. If you still ***** after he got the job done with Milan, Moreno, Wilkins, Zoom, and for got some solid guys around him, without any games played, you just wanna be a negative ***. We missed out on Wright but got Zoom, Wilkins, lost on Freeman but got Ousmane/Mcbride and lost out on Stokes got Milan. For me got better players because we got more maybe getting Wright instead of Zoom would be better but well see. Wright don't have that first round big man to dish passes to and pad his stats next year.

His chances of him not being canned have increased over the last week or so.
Correct. He has a chance to save his *** (and UK's face) with this miracle recruiting class. If we're rolling into January looking like last year (with no injuries, or even with injuries...again...), he may well be gone by April. But for now he has light at the end of the tunnel and anyone still saying he's sundowning is just hoping that happens.

Popular name, but I would think his reputation in the high school/aau circuit gives him reason enough for the opportunity.

Reference Jason Hart/Alvin Brooks

TBD ....

Heard!

I think for all being the love for UK basketball 🏀 have endured, a little unplugging sometimes does wonders 😉 ..lol

I'm not b*tching, I just asked you a question.

If we have the exact same outcome this season as last (14 losses, 2nd round NCAA exit), regardless of injuries, does he deserve more leeway or no?
I'm just trying to establish how many years he "deserves" bc I've seen some people on here say any coach should automatically get up to 5, which is bonkers to me in the transfer portal era.

Nice post and fact. Pope is gonna have us a really good year and a building block year for upcoming recruiting.
