    The SEC in the 90's actually WAS pretty good. Top heavy, but good. Final 4 in 93 - UK Final 4 in 94 - Arky and Fla Final 4 in 95 - Arky Final 4 in 96 - UK and Miss St Final 4 in 97 - UK Final 4 in 98 - UK UK didn't NEED a good SEC back then, but now they do (they way the seedings are done)...

    Actually, they didn't score in the 50's a single time. They hit the 60's and 70's most every time out ... and into the 80's and beyond a few times. That said, they didn't play anyone...except for Texas Tech, who held them to 48 and beat them by 34.
