What did we learn week 7!?!?!

    13. Galesburg might hang a bazillion points on Rocky next week.

    WB6 week 7 recap

Sterling 34 – Geneseo 31: Very back and forth game, as a good rivalry game should be. Both teams traded scoring drives, with Geneseo being held to a field goal on its first drive looking like the difference. Sterling’s screen game allowed the running lanes to open up and Cobey Shipma took...

    WB6 week 7 preview

Sterling vs Geneseo: 61st meeting of these two rivals who have been playing each year since 1981. They have also done this neat thing where they follow each other to a new conference. And I am glad they have! This used to be a battle of who had the better rushing attack and rushing defense, but...

    WB6 week 6 recap

And I appreciate the conversation! And I agree on the "pagans", they had it pretty easy starting out. It will be really telling week 8 and week 9 when they have to play Sterling and Geneseo.

    WB6 week 6 recap

Sterling 27 – Hammond Morton (IN) 20 : This was a good game between two evenly matched teams. Morton has quite a few talented kids and was able to execute on offense...but the Sterling defense got 5 fourth down stops. One thing that killed both teams was the penalties. Both teams had big plays...

    WB6 week 6 preview

Rock Island vs Moline: The hate is real in this one! You can toss the records out, but you can’t toss out recent history. The last regular season win for Rocky is 2016 (They did win during the weird Covid year) and many of those games haven't been close. Hate to say it, but with Moline trending...

    WB6 week 5 recap

Yeah, the kid played lights out!

What did we learn week 5!?!?!

Honestly, I dont know. Sterling-Looked to have things figured out...and then Galesburg hangs 56 on them. Luckily the offense was up to scoring 63. Moline - Pre-season favorites. Losses it's first three games (Yes, I know those are good teams) and then beats two unbeaten teams. Geneseo - Three...
