    $50 in Oscar's hometown of Lubumbashi goes about as far as it does in Kentucky. It's significantly bigger than Louisville.

    They've had a cake walk all of those years. The best seed they've beaten in that run? A 4 seed. Last year the made the championship game by beating a 16, 8, 5, 6, and 11.

    I think the computers are great at comparing apples to apples, but Gonzaga’s strength of schedule is just on another planet as other tournament teams (49th out of top 50 teams in kenpom). They rocket up kenpom every year once they start dominating their conference games, but I just don’t think...

    Love the model and a lot of it lines up with my gut feel about how some teams would do in the tournament. Without seeing the bracket, I can already tell you I’ll pick Wisconsin to be an early out as a 2 or 3 seed. Tennessee seems like a team that could go on a run.

    Unless we can change federal laws around visas. I don't know the intricacies, but I assume it's easier for Canadians to work in the US and vice versa than others.

    Exhibition games aren’t a good proxy for Miss. St and Kansas. AD’s 2nd collegiate game was actually against Kansas and he had: 14 pts on 6-7 shooting 6 rebounds 7 blocks 2 steals So raise your expectations for Sharpe!

    Cal just doesn’t give guys like that much run. He’s a shorter version of Dontae Allen. I’m sure he would start a lot of places too but unless you are multi-dimensional and can play defense, you don’t play here.

    Along with being good enough/deep enough at the 5, Brooks and Toppin being legitimate three point shooting threats are the biggest things we need to jump from good to great.
