    This UK team will be able to score and rebound with anyone. I have questions about how well some of our guards will defend on the perimeter, but I hope those concerns are misplaced. But if they are not, that wouldn't be a small problem.

    This has been driven by the insurance companies far more than by medical changes. In order to hospitalize someone, the doctor must get permission from the insurance company. Keeping people out of the hospital is saving a fortune for the insurance companies.

    Who is going to beat Miami with Duren? Maybe Florida State. Maybe. All the traditional ACC powers are rebuilding and down now. Miami has a solid basketball program. They cheat, but so do Duke, UNC, Louisville, Tennessee, LSU, and Auburn.

    What I like about Sharpe is that he has the skill set to do everything well. Beautiful perimeter shot, score inside the lane, score in transition, play sound defense, rebound a little. Perfect for Calipari's approach to basketball. Would like to see him commit to us.

    Did Askew reach out to Louisville?

    When a player enters the transfer portal, coaches can contact him. That’s how it generally works. I would not be surprised if UL’s staff reached out to Askew, but I will be surprised if he transfers to UL. That would not make any sense. I suspect he is probably headed back to the west coast.
