Yes we do! We also have fans that want participation trophy's. If wanting FF's makes me entitled then so be it.

So sick of the participation trophy line by whiners that tell themselves they're "real men" and the rest of us aren't. What a clownshow. We all want final fours and people like you don't deserve the one's Cal has taken us to. What a shameful display by some of you. But keep it up! Watching miserables be miserable is TASTY.

That’s our problem. These guys are happy to just be in the discussion but I bet all of them believed Cal would have and should have at least 3 titles by now. They act like if we criticize he will leave. Why should he leave? He gets 10 million a year to underachieve.

I wonder how many titles Pitino would have had with this talent. With all his moral faults he can flat out coach. When he finally got the roster fixed after probation he won a title in 96 runner up in 97 because Anderson was injured and his player won in 98 although Tubby gets that credit and the next year the remains of that team got knocked out of the elite 8 by MSU. We will never know but he won a title at U of L with lots less talent than Cal has had.
That's exactly right! I guarantee Pitino would've done more here if he would've stayed. Some of these guys act like Cal is a God or something and it's really laughable. He is mediocre at best. He has the record he does because of the draft picks he brings in not so much because of his coaching ability Lol

We weren't great this year and on paper our team looks much weaker next year especially with no inside game to speak of. Keep drinking Cal's Kool-Aid but I'm not buying it anymore. We've had a golden path to the F4 the last two years and played like doggy doo because young players tighten up when the pressure's on. We need some continuity not 5-6 new OAD's every year.
Don’t by it, STFU, and get out of here! 30 win season and a point away from the final four is not a failure. Seriously it’s not like you have ever been anything but negative. Just like the OP there’s a group on here that is only satisfied with championships well it sucks to be you because championships are a. Wry rare accomplishment regardless of who the coach is.

So you graduated to moron! The most wins since he’s been here, a championship, 4 final fours, 7 of 10 elite eights and that’s with basically a new team every year. Seriously everyone wanted Tubby out due to his inability to get top players and Cal has had the 1st or second ranked class since he’s been here. Even with those fore leaving Cal will have a senior, a junior, and 4 sophomores plus top 7-15 talent..

Please tell me if he is a mediocre coach who do you want to replace him?

I wonder on DOOK forums if stuff like this is said about the "G.O.A.T. college coach" Mr. K?.....

...

I highly doubt it.

You know that gets old after a while I’ve been posting on here since the beginning of this board anyone who knows me knows I’m a Kentucky fan I just don’t like the direction we’re going I have the right to express that don’t call me a troll I’ve been on here since Before most of you little kids were born

Your team had receive 4 in the last 10 years and was a total of 3 points away in the past 3 years. Your not entitled but you are delusional.

Well the children didn’t get their ice cream again. And some of you must personally pay Cal’s salary. Bottom line, some years are better than others. Big boys cope. Whiny little boys pitch a fit.

Welcome to athletics.

I can see you're one of the guys drunk on Cal's Kool-Aid. Maybe he can sell you a used car after he retires?

and then you will complain when he doesn't get all 5 star recruits.
Well we need those 5 star recruits when you have to replace half your team every year. But I think he would be more successful with maybe 2 OAD's and a couple of guys who will stick around for a few years.

Dude, you are one whiny *** little girl. Any coach out there can have all the talent in the world and still not win it. Cal doesnt shoot free throws which has beat us the last 2 years. How bout go change your tampon and quit being a *****
Wow you are one of Cal's cronies. How does it feel to be a groupie? GTFO new guy!

I realize Cal can't shoot the free throws but this has been a consistent problem throughout his career. How about he recruit better shooters and less athletes?

I’m glad you enjoyed losing the SEC tournament I’m glad you enjoyed losing in the elite eight I don’t enjoy that I expect UK to win titles

Then UK has failed all but 8 times in the history of the program. I suggest you go find a team that wins more titles you can root for.

I hear Kansas wins a lot of conference regular season titles. Maybe they are a good fit?

Because we pay him for FF's and Championships. He's brought in more talent over 10 years than anyone and his record is subpar considering the players he's had. He messed up by saying that first draft night was the greatest night ever in Ky basketball.
Look up the definition of hyperbole. It will help you in life.

Lol Wooden would have had at least 7-8 Championships with all those draft picks that Cal has had. Yeah Cals record looks good listed like that. Why don't you put a list of the players he's had with it and then see just how pedestrian his accomplishments are compared to the talent he's had!
Wooden had a known bag man buy him those titles. If that's how you want to win titles, then I suggest you go root for someone like Kansas or Duke.

Do you blame Cal for the 2 titles you can legitimately say we lost due to injuries?

Go convince those lower-tier guys to come here. That's the problem. Most of those kids would rather go to a mid-tier power-5 school and play right away than come here and sit for a year or two and then hope to beat out the freshmen as a junior or senior. As much as we can all yearn for the days of Chapman or Mashburn,or Walker, but kids today want to play right away and will go to the school that tells them that will happen.

And Cal likely thought he had multi-year guys in people like SGA or Herro. Is it his fault that they improved so much as a player to be first rounders after their freshmen years? Or is it his fault that he recognized first round talent with 2-3 year college player ratings attached to them? Trying to figure out what he can be blamed for and what he got lucky with.

Man, I really thought this thread was going to be full of well thought through discussions on what Cal can do to improve our chances next year.

Instead, we just need an umbrella from the sh*t storm it has produced.

Well played, everyone. It is good to see adults can act like complete jackweeds when it comes to discussing a college basketball game.

*golf clap*

I don’t think TNCATFAN gives a damn what anyone says.
I care about Kentucky basketball and winning I could care less about my reputation on this board it’s a basketball discussion board and I have the right to my opinion and I get so tired of these little crybabies who whine when you say something about Cal or what he’s doing

When you do nothing but spew total stupidity on this board on a daily basis then you shouldn’t be surprised when people have a reaction to it.

2011 and 2014 he was still getting top 5 talent. He's not now. And we're still not retaining these guys after 1 year.
Not getting top talent? Number 1 or 2 recruiting class every year Cal has been here. He needs to only recruit 2 and 3 stars and then we could keep them 4 years and make the NIT once in a while. We were 1 bucket from making the final four this year.

You are a complete idiot. Cal beat Pitino 8 out of 10 times and twice in the NCAA tournament when it really counted. Pitino was at Louisville 16 years and won 0 titles and left Louisville on probation and in shame. Had a title vacated and was fired. Real good comparison idiot.

And I am sick of idiots like you. Go pull for Louisville. They better fit your narrative.

He used to bash the football program and called for Stoops head on a regular basis. Don't see his candy *** on the FB board anymore for obvious reasons.

Interesting. More proof of stupidity and misery. Incredibly selfish and immature to force his misery on others all the time. A 64 year old grown man. Just embarrassing behavior.
