Agree. Can always use experience.Would definitely fill a much needed gap! Hopefully he ends up committing

80% shooter from the lineI just got 1 question. Can he hit a free throw?
All that's well and good. Most importantly......how is the walk.80% shooter from the line
40% from 3!
So is he a PF or center? I have a feeling if he comes, Richards more than likely leaves. This would be the second year in a row where a grad transfer comes in and takes his playing time.
might need to get in the gym and improve and earn some playing time
Well TBH, Nick is the one losing playing time.So is he a PF or center? I have a feeling if he comes, Richards more than likely leaves. This would be the second year in a row where a grad transfer comes in and takes his playing time.
I don’t see him being better than Travis. He is very stout but not a jumper.Wondered this as well. Cal might sense Richards is going to try for the draft, or possibly something with EJ. Because I can't see either of them loving the idea of this guy coming in to take 20-25 mpg.
But man, he would be a huge get. He would do exactly what Travis did in the early going: be an anchor and ensure we don't take unnecessary loses. If we get Sestina, Kentucky is going to be even better next year.
I imagine he'd be a stretch-5. That's what we need, at least.

I am just trying to figure out the layout.
Hagans Quickly
Maxey Baker
Whitney Brooks
Sestina
Monty Richards

That is a small lineup.I see it being something like this most likely:
G Hagans/Quickley
G Maxey/Baker
F Whitney/Allen(if healthy)
F Brooks/Sestina
F Montgomery/Richards
Brooks is coming in with a chip on his shoulder after the McD's AA shun. I think he will make it hard not to play him.
That is a small lineup.
Small lineups have killed us in the tourney the last two years. Auburn this year. K-State last year. Maybe it's time to fight fire with fire.
Kind of what I'm thinking. Game appears to be moving towards offense and shooting.
I'd say he'd play the 4. We really need a guy like Sestina to bang in the paint. I see him replacing Pj's minutes. So is he a PF or center? He may be the most important piece to next years roster..Bucknell may not be from a power five school but Bucknell in the past seems to have good teams and has done well in the NCAA Tourney. Nate Sestina numbers are basically a double/double player scoring 16 and 9 and he shoots 54% FG, 38% from 3, and a impressive 80% FT in 28 minutes a game. He looks like an impressive player that we can use after losing Wiseman and Carey and Sestina brings experience to our team.
