Mom went to be with our Heavnely Father tonight. She was 62.

Thank you all for your prayers over the past two months. I really do appreciate them.

Ballgames will be a little harder now to be sure. But I’ll continue to support our young men. My grandmother bled blue. Mom bled blue. And so do I.

Love you Mom. I’ll miss you.

Prayers for your family. Mine died the morning of April 3rd 2012 just hours after UK won the title. She raised me on UK basketball, I feel your loss.

Words won't do it justice, but know that you'll have a lot more folks than just the ones who reply here keeping you all in their prayers.

And remember that 40 times a year, you'll get a couple hours a week to sit down and think of her, win or lose. Because it's about more than that anyway.

Keep your head up, man.

Prayers for you man. Losing your mother is one of the hardest things someone can go through in life. It WILL get easier eventually.

Unreal. I’m very sorry. My mom will be 62 in November of 2021. This makes me sick to my stomach. God bless and much love.

So sorry for your loss. My mother passed at a relatively young age of 59 a few days after the 2010 loss to West Virginia so I feel ya bro. Hang in there, it gets easier. Prayers!
My mother died at 59 too. Just a few hours before the Wisconsin game in 2015. Sure has changed the perspective I put on games now.

To the OP my prayers are with you. Losing a mother is tough. It’s the one person who always has your back regardless, a security blanket of sorts. Huge loss and hang in there.

My deepest sympathies. Your Mom will be in the lower arena of all the games from heaven and will only see wins.
Hang in there.

My mother lived to reach 89 and when she passed we were devastated, but the Lord has provided us with something to cope with loss of parents.
There is period of mourning that we go through, but eventually we realize such is the normal event for all of us in life.
My condolences to you and the family for this loss.
I'm sure she is in a better place, with the Lord.

Lost my dad several years ago. He grew up when Rupp was in his hey day. Tubby's last year was his as well. He would have loved Cal.

He used to tell me when they would listen to the games on radio that they never thought of UK losing just always wondered how much they would win by. Miss those talks. God bless you and yours.
