Mahommes(sp?) is a stud, kid is going to be a fixture for awhile.

I also remember when a 50 yard FG was a “wow” occurrence, unreal how easy they make 50+ yard field goals look now, you pretty much just need 35 yds on a drive to score now

Brady is fantastic. But he did throw a pick that ended the game if that idiot hadn’t lined up offsides. Just like Joe Montana hit Lewis Billups right in the numbers right before he threw the game winner to Taylor.

As great as Montana and Brady are, it takes a little luck, too.

If there's anything unfair/lucky re: Tom Brady and the Patriots, they are:
  1. Brady is the 43rd highest paid player in the NFL; that gives the Patriots an advantage in terms of cap space for other players.
  2. They play in a division with the Bills, Jets and Dolphins - how many good QBs have those teams produced in the 18 years Brady has been playing?
So if you think it's unfair/lucky that Brady married an ultra-rich super model and plays 6 games a year against crappy competition, you should probably recognize his dominance.

- Didn't get laid this weekend... just sharing.

-- I'm announcing my retirement from NFL fandom/following after this weekend. Just can't/won't do it anymore.

--- Hell of a game Saturday... watched it with my grandfather.

---- I'm not an elite level basketball but KJ and Tyler (Louisville fan-speak) are the keys to the season offensively... defensively: shew Time to coach Cal.

-What a night for Romo, dude is nearly as much of the story as Brady is, it seems. Really was incredible the way he was calling those plays, I would assume coaching is in the cards for him.

-I've got no issue with it, but certainly seems that Roger Harden is angling for some kind of presence on the UK scene.

-I'm cool with winter, and even cooler with Snow. What I'm over is the ground being saturated. It's really been a damp one thus far, which I assume comes along with the mildness that this winter has been.

-Bad break for the kiddos with the snow falling on Saturday.

-Noted NFL hater, but watched both games in their entirety yesterday. I'm a fan of most any sport when it comes down to championship time, and was certainly rewarded yesterday. Incredible stuff - but man, they really have to do something about Overtime, it's really a shame that a game that amazing & of that magnitude is essentially decided by a coin flip.

-Rankings mean less and less with each passing year, but cot damnit I really want to see us in the Top 10 today. We've earned it.

-Need a good podcast, preferably in the suspense/murder genre.

-Herro had the look of a star down the stretch Saturday. Kid wanted the ball, and was throwing daggers. As long as he doesn't do something silly Ragu style in March, he should be back and an All American next year, Duke hated poster-boy style.

-#Hosung :fire:

-Herro isn’t much of an on ball defender but he did a hell of a job denying Brown the last few possessions

- imagine if we could get what we are getting out of Nick Richards for 28 mpg.

- Jay bilas is going to make sure we know Tre Jones is the best defender in college

-:scream: @ Netflix having Carman Sandiego. Man I loved that sh*t in 4th grade.

-Stewart to Washington

-Need IU dumpster fire to really crank up. Give Brooks a reason to tell the hometown fans "no."

-Sweep this week and we're stalking that top 5 waiting for a misstep. I'll gladly take the first 2-seed spot in Louisville.

-The world was a better place when Boston sports sucked.

-Who Dat:cry:

Yep Brady is terrible because of that one pick he threw, good call Willy.

Takes a little luck to go to 9 Super Bowls in 17 years. Good stuff, Willy.

Yup. That’s exactly what I said, Rob, idiot.

Yes, Chad, it does take a little luck. Which is exactly what I was pointing out. Hell, if KC wins the coin flip last night, Brady likely doesn’t see the field in OT. Neither team could stop the other in that 4th qtr.
