Leaving Bowden uncovered on the sideline on the next to last play where he ran like 15 yards and stepped out was like a gift. That was nuts.

I had to listen to the 2nd half on the radio. Jeff Piecoro (rightfully) said Mizzou was deploying the dumbest defensive scheme he had ever seen on the final drive.

When Joker took over I honestly expected this type of success, and man was I sadly disappointed at his efforts. When Stoops took over I was hype AF with his name and background, and then I watched him coach and I never expected this.

The day we hired Stoops, if you would've told me "In 6 seasons, the Florida streak will be over, we'll be 7-1 and playing for the SEC East crown... and also fans regularly curse out Mark Stoops during games and still mostly think he's sort of an idiot."

Other than the upgrade in recruiting the biggest thing that Stoops has done for this program is that his teams believe they are going to win. So many years we found a way to lose, all but expected it, however now we are finding ways to win those games we used to dickfinger away.

Craig Yeast's bonkers record of 16 catches for 269 yards against Vanderbilt is safe.

Loved reading the past 6 pages of this thread. Sure, it's always a little volatile and fickle during games, but I don't know that I've ever seen such a swing as tonight. I also don't think I've ever seen 58 1/2 minutes of such idiot playcalling and inept management capped by 90 seconds of brilliance.

My childhood buddy who I watched the game with has always been hung up on UK's 1980 loss to Tulane in the Superdome (he was there).
UK was up 22-21 with 12 seconds left, Tulane had the ball on their own 6. Aided by 2 UK pass interference calls, Tulane had 2 straight untimed downs, worked their way downfield and kicked a FG to beat us 24-22 with no time remaining. Arguably, that was the first of UK's "Only UK FB could lose this way" losses, and arguably, tonight exorcised that loss. Nobody I know can remember a more improbable UK win.
And Stoops also broke the Florida curse earlier this year.

Baseball being so GD slow, caused me to switch over to the Texas game and when I switched back the Home Run was already hit. What was so stupid? Just the pitching change or something else?
