This could not happen to a better team. First their committment to fouling PJ and then that BS about not shaking hands! Go to hell KSU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!22% from 3, 37% FGA for KSU. 12 total fouls called.

Love itK State should have no problem lining up for the congratulatory handshake after the game. Might want to get started lining up. MFrrs
We have better athletes they have better basketball players. Give me somebody who can put the ball in the hoop. If I hear Cal talk about wing spans next pre season I will scream. Our guys rarely even had their arms up playing D.
Anyone see that Loyola player save the ball from out of bounds and then he stepped out. He came back in bounds and was the 1st to touch the ball. Is that legal?
Refs are swallowing their whistle a little on one end. Gonna help make it a game.
That was a charge on Thursday.
It’s always a toss up as who is the worst official between Jamie Luckie and Ed Corbett, but it would appear that Luckie gets the prize. That was a charge on Thursday.
K-State player tried a finger roll that hit nothing caught the ball hisself and put it back in..didnt know you could pass to yourself...
no, it is not legalAnyone see that Loyola player save the ball from out of bounds and then he stepped out. He came back in bounds and was the 1st to touch the ball. Is that legal?
Are you sure? IDK. If you stumble but act like your shooting and catch your fumble, that is okay? They changed the rule. You can rebound your own airball.
I believe the rule states that if it is "deemed" a shot attempt you can retrieve it.no, it is not legal

Yep that sounds dodgy.I agree about catching your own airball being legal, but I was replying to the player saving it inbounds to himself, which I don't think IS legal b/c you cannot "pass" to yourself.
Yes it is. As long as the player has established himself inbounds.no, it is not legal
And Michigan (barring an FSU upset) about to make the Final Four after a miraculous buzzer beater. So we are going to have a team in the Finals that is EXTREMELY lucky to be there. I love the tournament and would never change it but I agree it does not determine the best team in a given season. Way too much luck involvedJust think Loyola was a 22 foot 3 pointer at the buzzer miss away from losing in the 1st round (Or if Miami hit 2 FT's in the final seconds to take a 3 point lead then foul them so they couldn't hit the 3) and now in the Final 4.
Oh wait, you mean no one else touched the ball after he saved it? Then you are correct. My apologies.Yes it is. As long as the player has established himself inbounds.

I can't understand why Duke players haven't started exploiting that rule.I don't agree with it but somebody posted the rule the other day.
