Good first half . Thought before the game this might be one of those games where we were down 3 at half and then take control around the 10 minutes to go but I am glad we seem to be in a groove . Lets keep the lead above 8-10 during the 2nd half.

Up 10 isn’t great but can’t help but feel it should be 15+

Yes, two jump shots by SKJ were lost possessions. He can control the paint, and that should be his only role on either end of the court. Diallo I predicted would be good against this type of team. SGA forcing a little but the best thing is we are limiting our turn-overs.

We get the right guy the ball and instead of taking a floater he's made all season he passes it a guy who isn't a right guy to be shooting the ball there.

The people that think that plays original design was to go for SKJ to shoot it are probably the same people that constantly criticize calipari. The play was for Knox to drive it, as he did and the defense collapsed on him. He passed to the open man and a shot SKJ can hit but he missed. Not a big deal. Chill out.

People on here struggle mightily with the ins and outs of the game. It is what it is.

Just because SKJ got the shot doesn’t mean the play was designed for him. Smh.

I guarantee Cal wanted Knox taking that shot in the paint.

That play was not intended for SKJ to shoot a 15 foot jump shot. It was designed to get to the basket. Inexplicably, Kevin Knox passed the ball. Bad decision. It doesn't matter if SKJ knocked that shot down 30 times in a row previously.

We are going to be fine. Maybe the players just a little nervous. Look for a much better half. Like the way we are playing. Good defense.

This game is going about as I expected. Slightly better from an offensive standpoint.

I expected Davidson to collapse the zone and look to cut out drives, make us shoot it more. Instead they are playing ball pressure 5-8 feet from outside the arc, and we are just too quick for them.

Defensively it’s very clear that our length is bothering them.

I look for Davidson to run out a gas about midway through the 2nd half.
