Does anyone know if there is live streaming? Every link I try comes back with "The uploader has not made this video available in your country." I do see the score updates.

Thanks.

If you don't get to watch it live, there should be a replay link that will work after the game is over. Yesterdays game was blocked live on you tube but is available now. You can find the link from the FIBA.com site.

If you don't have access espn3 you can see the play by play text and stats here during the game today.

The game starts a 2:30 EDT

ICYMI: Cal says:Well, we're not unbeatable.

USA haven't lost since the Quarter-Finals at the FIBA U19 Basketball World Cup 2011. What do you think makes USA so unbeatable at this level?

Well, we're not unbeatable. Again, you have teams like Spain, like Canada. I've watched Canada lose by a point and have the game won against USA. One of the games went to overtime. The world of basketball - and it is the world of basketball, it's not just the United States - is the world. What's happened is when you put 19-year-olds together, anything can happen. We've got 17-, 18- and 19-year-olds on our team. So anything can happen.

RJ Barrett is a monster. Good grief. You don't usually see kids that gifted physically also have that kind of feel and pace.

End of 2nd USA down by 3, 45-42
King fouled on 3, Canada player made all 3 FTs.

Barrett now 23 and 8. Has played all but about 1 1/2 min.

The Brit announcer is blatantly pulling for Canada.

He's an Aussie and he's making good points and same points that were critical of how the team is approaching the game. Allowing Canada to dictate the tempo and why they didn't pressure them more. Today, they came out and pressured and built a 10 pt lead. Then took it off?? Well RJ Barrett has 25 or 27 at Half and you are down 3 and relying on what has been a very shaky 1st Unit to provide a spark. Canada's 2nd best player isn't even playing today either--he's out with a concussion.

Austin Wiley and PJ Washington have come out strong, Diallo has played poorly, Quickley had some good defense but offensively is lost, and Cam Reddish has been dominated by Barrett.

Payton Pritchard and Carsen Edwards were great and kept Team USA in game. If they win the game their performance in 1st Half to keep them in contact will be why.

Broken record:

1. Pressure/Pick up Fullcourt--today it'll help even more as Barrett will have to play all 2nd Half and do so much more and it'll limit the horrendous FIBA officials from screwing you when he jumps into the defender as you'll likely have stolen the ball or gotten it out of his hands quicker.

2. Make FT's--the FT shooting from Team USA is bad

3. Make Barrett play Right Handed

So who does Cal put on Barrett for D in the 2nd half?

Just make Barrett do more by pressuring Canada full court--that will force him to bring ball up or you get the ball out of his hands or at worst, clock is running down. The team that dictates tempo has the advantage and once again US team is helping their opponent in 1st Half. This team is a lot better coached then Germans, so don't expect Barrett to sit for 8 minutes while US makes a run.

Don't see Cal and this team losing.

I hope not. The USA are world champs at every age level in FIBA for the 1st time . I would hate to see Cal be the coach who messed it up. I was getting ready to say if they stop or at least slow down Barrett they should win but he's is doing anything he wants to do still.
