Anybody else and there is nothing to see. I saw it live and it looked like it had some intent.

-This team will go as far as how much they pass on 18 footers and instead get it down to Bam. That and continuing to work on team defense. Still such a young team. This is a championship level team.

-Anybody who thought we'd have an easy win in Memorial is foolish. When was the last time that happened?

Cant wait to see those scrubs in Rupp. That's a 30-40 point beatdown because of how it ended.

Harbaugh/crean family sexual scandal isn't too far away. Only a matter of time.

Would be nice if our senior Willis wasn't such a damn ***.

There's a lot of Darius Miller in him. You can watch him play on good nights and think, "Damn, this kid might have it." And then he'll disappear for a month and do jack squat.

Whatever happened to Kentucky kids being gritty, consistent gamers who won't ever quit? Do we need some mountain honk who would knife you as soon as look at you for our token Kentucky kid?

Looking ahead to when Cal cuts the rotation to 6.5 guys (as he always does in March), we're going to have to have one of Willis, Gabriel, or Humphries become a legitimately competent basketball player in order to make a run.

Hawkins is our sixth man. Mulder could be the .5 guy in a role somewhat similar to Wiltjer in 2012 (i.e., come in to spell a starter and bomb a three) but that makes us awfully small and Cal hates that.

Even if we go small with our reserves, one of Willis, Gabriel, or Humphries has to become competent. Not great, or even good. Just consistently competent. Each one of those guys has had moments, but you can't trust any of them to not waste minutes right now.

Willis is lucky that Gabriel and Humphries are terrible right now, because Cal would love to cut his minutes to nothing in a heartbeat.

Also (and this is a fool's hope) if the light for Humphries turned on and he could give us 20 high quality minutes a game, that would change everything.

If anyone thinks the officiating did not play a big role in the game, then you're probably an official or a rival fan. The game started out basically like the first three conference games, with us easily opening up a lead on the opponent. It was 9-0. Then Monk and Fox get whistled for two fouls each and it's 11-10.

Those early fouls on our two best players completely disrupted our offense and the flow of the game. If those guys play their customary 16-18 first half minutes with 0-1 foul each then we're probably up 20 at the half just like always. Glad to get the win down there and get the hell out.

Also, if last night was the NCAA Tournament against a quality opponent, Monk and Fox were both plagued with foul trouble and the season is on the line you're gonna have a hard time convincing me that Cal is just going to let Diallo sit over there on the bench with his thumb up his ***. Kid is never gonna use four years of eligibility anyway. He's the ultimate break glass in case of emergency player.

I watched the game at someone's house last night who isn't a diehard. He had people over and I reluctantly accepted his invitation. Managed to sneak away to a secondary TV for the final two minutes of the game. Should have known better than to try to watch the @ Vandy game somewhere like that even if they did have a ****** record. Lesson learned.

Poor Auburn. Cats 127 Tigers 79.

Here's a what-if... any chance Briscoe stays for a third year? Hell of a college basketball player whose major offensive skills don't translate to the next level. The outside shot is better yet still needs some work. This draft is thought to be a pretty deep one.

* Mike & Mike showed that Grayson Allen replay 6 times this morning, but the camera was so far away, I didn't see a thing. Viewing the close up....:scream:.

Allen is the idiot that mistakes playing out of control for playing hard and smart. Look, hoss, diving out of bounds head first into a crowd of people isn't always the smartest and most effective basketball play.

Psycho pos, imo.

* The from-behind "overrated" chant. [roll]

Serious question --> is this the first time anyone has heard this? I honestly don't recall that coming out when the opposing team is losing.

* Bam may have been a bit disappointing last night, but I'll always take 8-10 from the line for that guy. 3 of 4 for Briscoe, too.

* Very much looking forward to destroying Bruce Pearl on Saturday.

I could almost respect that guy if he wasn't such a honky *** dukie. I mean, most people would be looking to break their fall, catch someone while going down. Not this guy. He's in the air, heading towards a crowd of people, and he's like "f that Ima push this *****, Ima kick that hoe, no mask on my face, I might pull akickdoe". Not concerned with anything other than taking this opportunity to hit a mf'er. And he's done something like this almost every game he's been back from his suspension. Who raised him?

There is no "light to turn on" for Humphries. He's unathletic and not particularly skilled. He's still only 18 I believe, hopefully he can develop a little bit in the next two years.

I also don't like the comp of Willis to Miller. Miller would defer and be passive on offense, but he was never a giant gash when it came to defense, rebounding, or getting pushed around. He would get in there and mix it up, Willis does no such thing.

Our team sucks but they played you tough in our crackerjack box gym and have achieved moral victory. You guys are overrated.

Can't tell from that video but I'd wager the 2 blonds behind the FSU bench are smoke. And why in the hell do people keep taking vertical videos? So annoying.

Tennessee dismisses their second leading scorer. #SEC Basketball

Never once thought we were going to lose but the refs made that game absolutely miserable to watch.

Willis 0-0 from 3 and a ***** move not getting that rebound.

Fox and Briscoe were outstanding.

Bam 8-10 from the line [thumb2].

Monk's line 1 reb, 1 steal, 1 assist . Dude you have to give us more than scoring.

Humphrires gets murdered on defense. Anyone and everyone goes right at him and either gets a bucket or gets fouled. That's my beef. We have no other option though down low so I get it.

Give him credit for at least expending effort though. Don't know what world Willis is in half of the time. That last offensive rebound and put back on him last night gave me all kinds of redass.

Big O on his podcast the week of the Carolina game said UK had a chance to join the ACC in the early 90's but CM didn't want to do it.

Who knows. Do remember some of this chatter and stuff being in written in the actual Cat Paw magizine but O is chalk full of conspiracy theories.

I thought that CM had brokered the deal, the ACC had unanimously approved it and the UK president vetoed it? I probably heard it wrong.

You may be right, Willie. Listened to that podcast over Christmas and was sleep deprived and delirious. Couldn't stand being in the house anymore and went for a run while listening to it.

Yes, and you're a VET you should know better than that.

Diallo has arrived. Friend at UK admin said he was in his office this morning. Described him as a nice kid. Good size for a guard. Legit 6'5".
7'0"+ wingspan.

Peeing on the bed that Obama slept in. Pretty ridiculous tbh. But then again, we once had a president who stuck a cigar up the hoo hoo of a fat White House intern and smoked it...and people loved him. So whatever.

Well, doc, in this case I don't know that the context really matters. Just happy that alleged pedophilia rings and international scat have taken prominent roles in our political discourse.
