The thing with Briscoe is yeah, he isn't on any draft boards right now and he wasn't on many last year. He went to the combine last year and turned a few heads enough to almost stay in. Even though his shot needed work, many "experts" felt like he had a great showing and that his game is meant more for the league than college. Now, he hasn't improved his jumper a lot-marginal at best, but he has improved his free throw shooting tremendously. I actually feel like playing with Fox hurts Briscoe as Briscoe needs the ball in his hands. He isn't a great shooter, but he is really hard to guard one on one. At this point there is little to no way to improve his stock so on the board or not, I think he is just as gone as the others. The mentality of kids these days is not what it was when they used to think "if I get a round 1 guarantee I will go". Now they think, "well if I don't make a team I can go overseas and worst case scenario I will be in the D-League,,, either way I will be making money". Not saying it is the smartest thing to do, but it is reality
