We will be better, but we will probably have the usual cal issues. We must beat teams on athletic ability and rebounding / defense. If we are short on those areas we aren't the last team standing. We've got to become a solid machine in the half court because that's where good teams are going to force us.

Hopefully we turn into what we need to, and it is early.

I like multiple big guys. Going to need it against certain teams. Willis is a 2.75 at best. Not a 4 stretch or not.

Lord I hope this game can finally stop some of the Hump is sooooo good talk. He's still a project that is slowly getting better and should be a good starter level player as a senior

Well that's fine, but I keep seeing these comments about what will happen to us in March if we do this or that. So I guess everyone else is going to improve, but UK is just going to spin its wheels and stop improving.
Everyone needs to realize that UK has more upside than 95% of cbb.

His point isn't that . The point is people act like Cal doesn't bring in shot makers. WE make some we miss some . It happens but we CAN make them.

Of coarse . But people like to act like we are sunshine pumpers when we just are being truthful. WE make a lot of mistakes due to youth and we don't look good in half court O all the time but I would rather have our team then anyone else including Puke.

We always have more upside because we are always so young and Cal coaches for march.

It doesn't change glaring issues with our team concepts and positional problems. It's early, but we need some answers. We will find out in the next few weeks against UNC and UL / Kansas.

Good last tune up before it's go time next week.

On another note, Willis might be The easiest player to cross up that I've ever seen, usually it's a big slow in coordinated guy that gets that honor
