I'm no Lexingtonball but is UK baseball a decent draw?

I mean if you have the money to spend, all well and good, but don't see the ROI on a college baseball stadium

My wife just saw PAUL FINEBAUM downtown. Frankly, I'm stunned that she knows who he is.

Finebaum is so distinctive that you might recognize him if you had only seen him a time or two on tv.

Sort of like Abraham Lincoln, about whom the following was said "not only is the ugliest man I ever saw, but the most uncouth and gawky in his manners and appearance."

So Trailer Park Boys 8 episode European adventure hits Neflix next Friday? Eek.

Not sure if it will have the same appeal outside Sunnyvale, but will definitely be tuning in. :)

-My wife would recognize Paul only b/c she hates him and thinks his show is the stupidest thing she's ever seen that I watch. Look forward to her eye rolls when she walks in and sees his ugly mug on my screen.

That Red Baron style plane I was doing loops and battle rolls over Austin in crashed a few weeks later. :flushed:

Fortunately my buddy and his passenger survived. Engine failed and he ditched it in the lake.

I think they do OK, but a better and more accessible stadium would make a difference, I think. The soccer teams get pretty good crowds in their new joint.

Wife does not watch Finebaum but she wants updates and wants to always listen to any Tammy call ins. "Is her husband still sleeping on the couch?"

I'm starting to get worried about my Amazon addiction. I think moving to the sticks has made getting to stores more of a hindrance so I'll just order **** off of Amazon and BAM 2 days later its there. Or I'll think about something and 5 minutes later order it and its mostly stuff I don't even need. But that rush of seeing something on the front porch when I get home from work is almost orgasmic.

I have a problem

OK, I know there are mixed feelings on here about the facebook birthday wishes. I try to do it, whatever, few seconds of my time, makes people feel good. Pay it forward, whatever...

So I just posted Happy Birthday on a friends wall...and then I remember he's dead now.

Feeling kind of awkward at the moment.

-Amazon is amazing and shipping directly to a destination is a pro move.

-Props to UK Baseball. Talk about a sport that has been **** on by the UKAD and has a legit chance to get better. Good for them. That stadium should be flipped the other way though. Looking over the football facilities and the Lex skyline. TS.

-Lol, zero chance I'd give our seats to Ben, BBdk, Alex and SAE completely unsupervised.

-Been in a tiny plane once, to skydive. Pilot was in a lawn chair. I was actually happy to get the hell out of it. I'd fly regionally in one though.

-Centerpointe has actually been doing something other than moving piles of dirt. Concrete walls are poured. New contractor. Not holding my breathe.

-TPB [jumpingsmile]

-We do have the Robert Peace book, unless B$ still has it.

-Scoth: Bowmore, Balvenie Caribbean Cask, Oban, Mac 12, Lagavulin 16, Glenfidich Bourbon cask, Glenmorangie(pick em), Glenlivet 12 and Nadura. That's essentially my go to's. Unfortunately I go to them a bit much. Not a fan of Monkey Shoulder or really any blends.

-Trainer is trying to get me to drop beer and I actually think I could pretty easily do it outside of football season.

-As always, a good pair of leather shoes, loafers or boots is an investment(assuming you don't wear them upside down like BBdk). The pair I just shined up for tomorrow I bought in 2003.

- Headed to Chicago with work buddies (solo; wink, gun) for conference, text a college friend who lives up there that we should have a drink.

Immediate response: "You in town through Sunday, if goes to game 7 think I have tickets?" Ummm, eeeeeek? First ever trip to Wrigley for a chance at WS.

- The more I fly, the more I respect Southwest and their boarding/seating policy. People are awful is a pretty good rule.

- No work today, hit gym early, cleaned out the inbox, pup for a long walk. Tall coffee and a book at Logan. Long weekend away on hospital's dime. Lotta booze. Meeting with and wined/dined by future employers. Potential NLCS Game 7 tickets. Shew.

I'm sure life will have something awful in store for me this weekend, I'm a little terrified tbh.

- The folks @Dappered on the tweeter always have good recs. Just make sure they look good with a nice black suit.

- Anthony. Why in the f*** do you have a trainer? Just join CrossFit and get it over with. Or get Bonzo to take care of you. Will help with your running and biking anyway.

Completely agree. You need someone who is used to the suite life. Commissioned officer material. Also capable of providing life saving skills. Commonwealth Stadium royalty a plus.

Have a trainer b/c I have a disastrous lower back that I've had issues with my entire life(since 6). This has turned into hip and hamstrings issues causing me to sit out running for the last 3 months. I very much enjoy running so I'm attempting to fix these issues by working with an actual trainer, not some roided up gym head, that has a degree in this stuff and can tailor a plan around my issues. This guy was suggested to me by a doctor that I trust. A lot of the stuff we do is very crossfit like. Pushing sleds, slamming big heavy balls, sledge hammer to tractor tire, ropes. Also do some TRX, kettles and normal weight lifting.

He's pretty big on clean eating. I told him I'm pretty big on booze.

No top shelf bourbon available. Scotch stash is all out. Can't drink beer anymore, apparently.

Worried about Anthony.
I've actually mixed a little bourbon in recently. Restocking the scotch probably Sunday or next week, I still have some available. He said I could sub it out with something else. I said it will have to wait until football is over.

If I dropped 15 lbs I'd likely have less back issues and the booze(especially beer) causes inflammation.

He also hates running and strongly suggests me finding something else.

DW Wilburn gets **** done. Obviously Webb's "funds" will be the issue (again), but if given the proper moneys* it will be done quicker than expected.

* < .1% chance that happens

Back pain is a trifling thing. There are many potential causes, it's important to figure out what is ailing you.

X-rays are a good first step, but an MRI of the spine is often necessary to help answer these questions. Particularly when read by a Musculoskeletal fellowship trained radiologist.

Working on that part.
