They have apparently changed the name of the movie that's shooting here to Blood Mountain. They're filming over at my sister's today. Her kids got to go down and hang out around the production crew and take pics with the cars in the movie. No sign of Khaleesi though. Pretty cool experience for my nieces and nephew. They're out in BFE so it's just them and the film crew.

All you have to do to understand the worthlessness of TSA workers is to look at the crew that works the line in Lexington. Friggin' awful and I don't know how many times I've accidentally carried a bottle of water or other unapproved items in my bag because I've tossed them in during a car trip or tossed them in my backpack when I was leaving from the office and forgot to remove them and have gone straight through. It's all a ruse to make you think you're more secure but all it does it push the attack point back. They are going to have to find better technology and processes if they truly want to be secure.

Went through security leaving Key West to Louisville a year ago and packed a bag I hadn't gone through. Go through security and they pull out my wine key because it has the tiny label cutting knife on it. No problem, toss it I say. Bag goes back through for a second X-ray. Long story short, get to my gma's to unpack and I have a 10" buck knife (6" blade) in there the whole time. TSA!!!!!

An open 3 really is a layup for Curry, it's pretty unreal (even though he sucks now)

^You pretty much just described the airport in Siam Reap, Cambodia. My favorite is that the natural runway is too short given the way the airport is configured, so they back that puppy out of the gate and back it a few hundred yards down the tarmac to use it as extra runway and then take off.

My bad, EYW-SDF.

And that story is 100% true unfortunately. That airport is awesome, 5 mins from car to terminal but awful in other respects.

My bad, you probably meant NO WAY would I let them through away my sweet wine opener. True damn story, I had a couple more back at the house come to find out.

I don't catch many NBA games but it is somewhat refreshing to watch a game where the players are allowed to play, not every drive to the basket is a foul, and the refs don't have to go look at the monitor every other time down the floor.

Been a pretty remarkable week in terms of stupid/******* customers. The email chain from executives down to reps congratulating a factory guy taking a new role looks like Krazy proofread it. It appears people will misuse/spell 'your' enough that it becomes the new (ir)regardless where it's easier to accept it as correct rather than correct someone every time.

As ****** as the week has been for work, I wouldn't trade it for being the office watching time roll back on the clock. Finish reports, make a couple calls then settle into Bloodline until the wife gets home early afternoon. #whywedothis

Maybe I'm missing something here...but Panda sucks. Just a terrible song. And it's not like I haven't listened to rap...got 30 years in the catalog kids. But the kids go CRAZY for this song. And it's GARBAGE.

BBdK, help?

Panda, Panda, Panda, I get broads in Atlanta, panda, panda, panda. What's not to love? Lol, guess it's the beat & simplicity? Seems like that formula works across all genres these days from a pop standpoint. Of course, Kanye loved it enough to make it a song on his album as well, weirdo.

-Allergies are on :weary:

Not sure what the official numbers say, but I don't remember a worse season for myself, personally. Anyone else? Could hardly even see to drive to work this morning.

Leesa mattress arrived last night. Pretty neat/weird setup. Thing comes out of the box flat like an air mattress that hasn't been blown up & you can hear "air" hissing....5 minutes later it's magically a real mattress.

Seems really nice, but I'll give it a week for my full review. For one night though, it was pretty great not sleeping in a hole. Thing arrived 3 days after ordering, so that's pretty nice.

Feeling normal (finally) from Vegas. Friday - Tuesday night was a pretty good run.

-Didn't think much of The Palazzo initially, but the place grew on me. It's comfortable. Nice enough. Doesn't blow your mind like The Wynn or Aria, but nice. Really liked the pools, but the casina wasn't too high energy.

-Sushi Samba, STK, and Table 10. SS was average (although cool), STK was cool but loud, Table 10 was pretty dope.

-Is Vegas slipping as far as service goes? Was pretty much an issue everywhere we went. Didn't ruin anything, but it just wasn't up to the standard I have always experienced in Vegas.

-Man, a few days out there always reminds me of how 'normal' life in Kentucky is. I mean, some of these people/clothes/hair... shew. I couldn't keep up.

-Crushed Tito's on the rocks out there. And Miller Lites.

-I don't know, man. Think I may have finally gotten "over" Vegas. It was fun, but didn't consume me like it always has in the past. I was up late most nights with the GAMBOLS, but in bed at relatively reasonable times. I was ready to come home, but wasn't crawling to the airport or anything. Thinking about heading back out there for conference tourney weekend in March... see if I can't change that.

-Won about $600. Was up all trip. So that was nice.
