Just watched the stream. His mom looked genuinely surprised by the decision. She freaked out when he said Duke. Do you think she knew? Did he change his mind? It was just a really weird reaction from her.
And Boozer's family too, right?Wonder if a Duke alum set her up with a cushy job like they did for Duhon's mom many years ago?
Arya left him to die under that tree near the Vale. Maybe he is a gravedigger now.She got what she wanted. Where's the hound when we need him
I mean she was screaming and jumping up and down. I would have thought that would have already happened...just weird.
It's going to get interesting indeed... Could see momma causing problem's when here boy sits on the pine next year... We got this...IMO!I don't see that roster playing well together. They always tense up when mentioning fellow recruits.
Lol **** Duke, **** his mom, **** bolden! - the houndArya left him to die under that tree near the Vale. Maybe he is a gravedigger now.
You're insane. She did not look surprised. First, she was smiling from ear to ear the entire time before he announced anything, because she knew and was holding in how thrilled she was. Second, of course she was excited and went crazy. She knew where he was going, but just hearing it finalized made her flip out. She got what she wanted and was excited when it was confirmed.
He will not play there next year. I cannot get how he doesn't understand that. Maybe he is afraid of the big time, and wants to ease into it..I guess sometimes when a parent has to have their pick of school for the kid, it's good the kid decides to go to that parent's pick of school. Imagine the parent allowing her son to go to a different school than she liked and everytime that kid didn't put up 20/10 on the basketball court she starts thinking and whispering in the kid's ear something is wrong with the coaching staff. Bolden is a good talent and i'm sure he will do well at Duke, but for my interest, i couldn't care less about Bolden nor Duke. Both are dead to me as of now.
I sure don't wish him best, just another damn dukie punk that has had no upbringing. Some will say, "I wish him the best," but I don't. The best means he wins it all as a freshman, at Kentucky's expense. So no, I wish him the worst. Call me classless and I'll call you naïve.
