Joey WTF are you taking about?

The inner city is more expensive? Cool, tell that to the people living on Roy Wilkins in downtown Louisville instead of those living on the Jefferson/Oldham county lines.........or any county lines for that matter.

There's a bunch of dumps between Brownsboro and River roads that could use some lumber help brah. Start with SGNI's west end equivalent shanty.

If I've learned anything from House Hunters, it's that the closer you get to the city center, the more expensive the homes get (and the prices go up depending on how big the cities are) TIFWIW.

Maybe krazy can break it down further for us as a real estate insider, but that's the gist I get. Hope this helps.
Also the key is to get areas for entertaining your family from NE when they come visit you in the slums of Medellin.

On my cruise last week, I got up on stage in full (fat) Elvis attire and sang with the house band and dancers. They assigned one dancer to walk me through the routine, and there's no doubt in my mind that she's the hottest girl I've ever encountered in my life. Tall, Australian accent, and yoga pants.

The internet is amazing.

Not saying she isn't decent, but the hottest ever? No.

If the foundation has been "fixed" everyone in the neighborhood would know because of the distractions those fixing it would cause.

The quick sale, non warranty is a red flag because they want no liability and probably just fixed something and hope to bounce while it still is intact.

I'd ask if it's known who built it.
I was poking fun at this post, Columbo.

You provided some "insights" that anyone with enough sense to be in a position to buy a home would not need to have pointed out to them.

It reads like the ramblings of a lame Sherlock Holmes enthusiast from a real estate concern's mail room.

Kwahi and Aldrigde straight up embarrassed the Thunder last night. That was very impressive. I hope Steph gets healthy in time for their match-up. Two game sevens today [banana]

Good call by Chad to hide most everyone on FB. I didn't even get on for a couple years basically because it was so horrible. Recently went back in and hid 85% of people and now I can kind of enjoy(mostly kill 5 mins) by going through it.

Key really is unfollowing people and then also moving people to acquaintances and setting your posts visible to Friends except Acquaintances. This way it keeps most of the busy bodies out of your stuff but every once in a while you throw out a post for the world to see and they think you're still there. "Hey, I noticed you don't post much on Facebook anymore." "Yeah, just so busy with work. I just glance at it on occasion."

I rarely get on FB anymore and it is usually just to look at the photos my sister posts of my niece and nephews (7 hrs away). I logged on today, and was left with one question: Are people really eating the **** in those cooking gif's? My god, I got fatter just looking at those things. My favorite one was "spaghetti cake". [sick]

I saw one for Brussel sprouts recently that must have been put on there by accident.

Yeah spaghetti cake...

Same wedding party. We played the servers, was hilarious. I am hurting in many, many places now.

Unfortunately video cut out as I dropped a Murray bow and arrow celebraish on the entire group in the water.

-Derby Week [jumpingsmile]

-Hell of a weekend. Thanks to all involved.

-Loved the storms rolling through yesterday. A good thunderstorm is hard to beat. Now they can go ahead and remove themselves from the forecast for the next 7 days.

-Electricity was knocked out last night from 5-11:30... backup generator was clutch. Sucker is loud. We've had it for like 3-4 years and I think that's the first time it's been used.

-LOL at JoeyProof. Kid is almost as big as G already.

-Shrimp and Grits last night, all cooked on the BGE since apparently the stove wasn't a circuit I chose to put on the generator. Crushed it. Was not an easy task.

-Facebook and social media is awesome. If you can't take 10 minutes to customize it to your preferences you suck. Same with GYERO, except it gets confusing when you all respond to the ignores.

-This old person wake up time shift(7:30a) is starting to get annoying. Even if I try to sleep past it I just roll around mostly.

Wodie Little Weekend, pre-trip.

-Drove 2:15 up to BFE Indiana Saturday morning only to get a phone call 10 minutes out that the tournament was cancelled. ...it rained all day, but rarely do you see them not even attempt to get one in before it even starts.

We had a mutually-agreed planned "day away" as it's her only day off between now and leaving, which she likes to have the home to herself to pack, clean it as if we are going to be selling it the next day, etc. Fine with me. Original plan was to stay in French Lick, but got a switch to Horseshoe approved, which is closer to home & I had a golf match at my club Sunday morning at 10.

-Great time, hit the Fire bet on the Craps table -- some rascal hit all 6 points. Dude looked like Lil Wayne and threw the dice like Dan Quisinberry, throwing them off the table (which is a terrible omen in craps) about every 5th roll. Nonetheless, he rolled for about an hour...and the All 6 Fire paid 1000-1 -- I had $1 on it. Had I put the minimum $5 like every other non ***** it would be been quite a haul. Still walked away with around $1400 on that one roll, as he hit about 20 other points as well. Was pretty surreal, entire place was going bonkers once he had hit the 5th and was going for the 6th, as it's extremely rare (.000162 probability)...people 5 deep trying to see if he could pull it off. He did. [cheers]

-Singles match Sunday morning, drew the club champion & one of the young guns fresh out of college golf. Took him all the way to 18 and lost on him draining a 15 footer for par. Turned in -1 and was up +1/+2 for 70% of the day. Brutal way to lose.

-PTI(pti) never roll out to the Zurich? Assumed his company (or clients) would have the VIP setup the whole way for that event...of course, the weather pretty much ruined it this year it looks like.

-What's everyone's Derby plans? Won't be around, but love social media during that week. Need to really do it up Schem style one year, but there will be endless chances for that. For now, hard to fathom dropping a vacation style bucket of loot for 2 days in my home city -- do miss going out for Oaks w/ Jerry, Chad, whoever though.

...also funny how 'Thurby' has taken off. It was ALWAYS an epic drunken night for most everyone, probably the best even, but recently it's taken on a more 'official' role as part of Derby it seems.

-Wrote $30,000 in p&c premium this month :eyes:, crushing my job, like everyone else in GYERO.

-Looking forward to the Chad ATL/Buckhead rundown today? Hopefully he talked his grown up friends into a East St. Andrews drop-in, for old times sake. Flippy Floppies?

Still hurt about Tongue & Groove, and pretty much that entire terrible-but-awesome ghetto strip of bars being shut down -- damn that was fun for a college kid or young twenty-something.

-2 more days :airplane:

*Hitting Sun Valley for a quick round here n a few. Not a bad way to start the week.

*<---Sucks. I hate Facebook. Just an unnatural irrational hatred towards it.

*Doing nothing for Derby. Staying home and betting on my Twin Spires account. Checked it this morning and have almost 1K from hitting the Derby last year. Hope the luck continues.

Checked in at 2, was dope AF. :fire: Solo casino time is one of my favorite things in life -- not many easier places to make friends for a night than at the Craps table. Other than SAE or ABH, can't really think of any of my friends that would make it more fun.

About to spend nearly 2 weeks attached to my wife, perfect time to have a BBdK day.
