I'm from Louisville, and Male is easily the hardest school to categorize in the city. Not even close really.
You make a halfway decent shirt printed on 100% cotton hanes Beefy T's and not these ******** worn out skimpy T's and you should profit, imho. A geniune beefy t will last you a good 10+ years, getting better with age. These new age BS tees come aged 10 years and don't last 2. It's ********. Drives me nuts.
A UK basketball equivalent of this one, with Michael Avery, Dakotah Euton, and Dominique Ferguson. Maybe change the wording from Nasty Boys to Billy's Clydesdales.
Per my experience at late 90's KY track meets, DOSS* is the coolest named school in the Commonwealth, imo.
I have no earthly idea about any other aspect of its existence.

Had a communications class with a proud Trinity grad. He was a white guy that constantly talked about the struggle of not making the JV basketball team, and how basketball was/is(?) his life.

And they feel amazing. I don't care if a t-shirt is gonna last me ten years anymore. Do you know how many t-shirts I own? Too GD many. I like the thin, soft t-shirts. They wear through, I'll drop 10-20 bucks on some replacements. But I used to be a Hanes, heavy-duty cotton guy, and now that I know what a soft t-shirt can do for me, I can't wear that heavy crap anymore. Feels like I'm wearing burlap.

I'd wear a shirt that just has "The Door" on it. No other logos or anything. Not even kidding. That's just enough inside that you'd get some great looks from wildcat friends. Just this on a blue shirt.

Truly amazing how so many of my family & friends have had successful lives (and coasted through college with honors) without spending 50K (or whatever) to wear uniforms with a bunch of dudes for 4 years from age 14-18.

Doss is also probably the hardest school in the city to find/get to. Even with GPS. The Cherokee Park Bermuda Triangle of the South End.
^ the traffic around it is also up there with the worst in the city. St. Andrews is a MESS.
I lived 2 miles from Doss and knew 2 people that went there. Other than the landscaping rocks being changed from Doss to an assortment of sexually related 4 letter words every few weekends.

St. X is dominant in Cross Country, Soccer, Golf, Swimming, and Tennis. Take from that what you will.
Drove it everyday for 4 years. Puke. If we were 5 minutes late, we were getting stuck. Can't remember what the start time was but that 5 minute difference would cost you 20-30 minutes.
I've always thought private schools are a waste of money. I went to good ole Eastern High and have turned out just fine. Also there's no girls at St. X and Trinity. My friends who went to either always claim they don't even notice, but at the same time, I got to look at girls' butts in yoga pants between classes. Was always nice
