TY for the info...it is odd...I used to fight with KSB, but mostly got along when he was AG.

I used to post here fairly often but haven't posted in years. Just happened to stop by today and saw this thread and it really saddens me. KSB/Alumni Gym used to drive me insane with his postings but I always got enjoyment from them. You would never question his fan-hood, he was a Kentucky fan through and through. Very sorry to hear of his passing, thoughts to his family.
I just returned from a AAU tournament in West Virginia & heard the news. While I never met Jon personally, we had quite a few battles here back in the day. At the end of the day, it's just sports & I hated to hear this news.

Weren't you the one that called his work and family with harassing phone calls that Alligned referred to. Aren't you also from Owensboro? You openly bragged about making his life miserable on UNC's board.

While it's nice that you're now trying to stay classy and respectful and all, you might have to excuse us if some of us question you sincerity. Because some here are familiar with your phony two-faced routine where you'd talk one way here and then go talk an entirely different way about us on the UNC boards.

I would say that you have to excuse some our fans. They should be respectful with his passing.
But the KSB I sparred with would be cussing you guys for even thinking about posting on his passing. His dislike of baby blue was indescribable.
But IMO it does show some class.

I had a UNC poster let me know about his passing. I'm saddened to hear this. He and I had a number of conversations on this board and, to surprise many, exchanged a number of personal emails. Much respect for the passion he had for his Cats. He was a good guy and we called each other friends and stated our mutual respect for each other many times on this board and in emails. We defended each other on opposing boards as well. He had an open invitation to have dinner if he ever decided to make the trip to Chapel Hill.
