On that topic, the account I'm logged in with now is a new one using an alternate email address ...not the one I used on Rivals.
When I attempt to log in here using the Rivals credentials (email/password) it's telling me they are not recognized.
I've attempted to do that every day since Tuesday without luck and getting the same error message each time.
I opened a case with
[email protected] (ID#: 154544) on Tuesday but haven't heard back since they confirmed the case was opened.
Any chance you can escalate? If not, I'll continue to wait patiently and use this new account.
