Official '26 PSU - Washington game thread

[AvgUser]

Who is defense 0.
Completely blew that tackle attempt

[Phils rug]

Come on D

[KingLando]

Joseph needs to do some laps after that play

[Tom McAndrew]

terrible D by PSU; I think it was J. Joseph that missed on the play. Washington takes it to the PSU 8

[Dbsteel]

Come on. This half cant start much worse.

[KingLando]

Who is defense 0.
Completely blew that tackle attempt

Jahmir Joseph--freshman--he'll learn but that was really REALLY bad

[Phils rug]

Who is defense 0.
Completely blew that tackle attempt

Joseph

[PSUcup]

Just a Pathetic effort this quarter all around. Coaching and players

[KingLando]

Who blew that coverage--we like to make things interesting

[Dbsteel]

3rd & 13, and a pretty weak screen.

4th & 7, and PSU looks to be going for it ...

PSU tries a trick play (hook & ladder), and loses yardage.

Washington takes over the ball on downs, at their 40.

Hindsight is 20-20, but I wasn't a fan of that play on 4th down

That play sucked. Punt.

[BobPSU92]

Jesus.

[KingLando]

Go back to Hansen--establish the run--get a few first then go to Wallace
This isn't rocket science--we know what works

[WestSideLion]

Lots of time left. Here we go.

[Tom McAndrew]

Wide open in the endzone. Washington scores. D screwed up the coverage.

They go for 2, and convert.

28-17, PSU, with 3:55 left in the 3rd qtr.

7 play, 60-yard drive, as Washington gets their 1st TD of the day.

Other than Sowell's catch, the 3rd qtr has been pretty ugly for PSU.

[Dbsteel]

Terrible start to this half. That crappy first drive set the tone.

[BobPSU92]

Who is defense 0.
Completely blew that tackle attempt

Who is #5? He threw a shoulder and the receiver went right around him.

[Player2BNamedL8r]

Slowly losing a 22 point halftime lead…need points next possession.

[PSU Soupy 615]

Roll out Becht. 3 tipped balls already in 2nd half.

[PSUForever]

Better wake up fast or UDub will have over 30 before we know it. They have all the momentum.

[bdgan]

Joseph

Also lined up wrong on TD

[Ludd]

I just want to be clear--for some reason we're bashing Rocco today, is that correct?
Do you think we're benching him? Do you think he should be benched?
What is happening? We're up 28-9 and are playing the best we have this year.

We were playing the best we’ve played, now we’re back to the mean.

[CyphaPSU]

There’s a bit of a trend of this team coming out after the half and struggling with their opponent. At some point, it has to reflect on this coaching staff.

[PSUcup]

My god this is embarrassing

[Paws057]

WTF?

[kgilbert78]

SSDD

[KingLando]

Not sure why they refuse to establish the run again

[bdgan]

Oh my

[AvgUser]

We are gonna F this up royally with stupid play calling.

[PSUAVLNC]

Here comes another catastrophe!

[PSUcup]

You can’t make that throw on 2nd and 21

[Dbsteel]

What the hell is happening? Im starting to think they might actually lose this one. Cant do anything right!

[PSUfreak2008]

This is the fucktards I have been watching all year!!!!! Missed these idiot glad they are back

[KingLando]

You can’t make that throw on 2nd and 21

Why can't you check down on 2nd & 21? You don't force a throw and get picked--up 2 scores

[WestSideLion]

Just an awful team this year. Terrible. What a bad loss this will be.

[Calabrin]

There’s something familiar about all of this…

[Tom McAndrew]

Just a terrible series by PSU's O. The play on 1st down destroyed things.

[AvgUser]

Slowly losing a 22 point halftime lead…need points next possession.

Slowly?
We are imploding FAST

[cntblvitsbutter]

Welp, it was good while it lasted.

[m.knox]

Aw are gonna F this up royally with stupid play calling.

And execution.
