Official '26 PSU - Washington game thread

[Paws057]

Great start!

[LionJim]

Great start!

Important first down there.

[KingLando]

Nice job getting a first after the horrible snap

[Tom McAndrew]

Rapp gets the 1st down -- nice job by PSU after the horrible snap on 1st down.

[Calabrin]

Really nice block, Rocco.

[KingLando]

Too bad Rocco missed the block

[LionJim]

Good grief Rocco, block the guy closest to the runner! Laughing to keep from crying.

[LionsAndBears]

block!!!

[Tom McAndrew]

Hansen with a 1st down, then another 1st down to the TE.

PSU to the Washington 24

[Phils rug]

TD PSU!!!!!!

[Ludd]

That was as good a 12 yard run as you’re going to see.

[Tom McAndrew]

TD, Hansen!!!!

[PSUcup]

Great response boys!!!

[BobPSU92]

How many washington athletic supporters are wondering why our guys are wearing practice uniforms?

[Nittany1865Farmer]

TD!! When you need to get in there no matter how, it works!

[MM1994]

Best drive all year. Impressive.

[LionJim]

Really nice block, Rocco.

Lol, made for a funny thread sequence. Touchdown Nittany Lions!

[Phils rug]

Nice little cut back inside there

[stater02]

What a smart move by Carson right there. Saw he didn’t have it outside, went right back up the gut. Great run!

[G3624]

That was a nice td run.

[KingLando]

Hansen was never the issue--the OL was

[Tom McAndrew]

With the PAT, it's 7-3, PSU, with 4;35 left in the 1st qtr.

A 7 play, 75-yard drive (really 82 after the snap on the 1st play of the drive)

[AvgUser]

We give Hansen a lot of grief.
he deserves credit there. Well done.

[LionJim]

Nice little cut back inside there

Yeah, around 43 years since I’ve seen something like that, /jk

[LionsAndBears]

Ugh! Why did we score so quickly!? Our dedense didn't get a chance to rest. Poor planning by Campbell! ;-)

[KingLando]

We UNFAIRLY give Hansen a lot of grief.
he deserves credit there. Well done.

Fixed it for you

[AvgUser]

Fixed it for you

To be fair, he shouldn’t have gotten tackled on the long run a few plays earlier.

[hapval8286]

What a smart move by Carson right there. Saw he didn’t have it outside, went right back up the gut. Great run!

the cutback outside for the big run set up that cutback inside run

[KingLando]

To be fair, he shouldn’t have gotten tackled on the long run a few plays earlier.

If Rocco makes the block he doesn't. He had a great cut to pick up 20--so if you want to ***** about a 20 yard run go for it. Just proves the correction above was accurate.

[KingLando]

Can't jump there

[Tom McAndrew]

3rd & 14, a bad snap and an incomplete pass by Washington. But PSU's McPherson was offside.

3rd & 9 ...

incomplete

So PSU's D forces a 3 & out on Washington's 2nd drive

[KingLando]

Much better defensive series--nice to see

[Tom McAndrew]

damn, PSU just missed the block of the punt.

[GSPVik]

To be fair, he shouldn’t have gotten tackled on the long run a few plays earlier.

A good stiff arm on that run would have helped. The tackler was falling down when he made the tackle.

[LionsAndBears]

Another TD here would be huge for our Defense! If we can force Williams into more passing situations, it'll play right into our hands.

[Phils rug]

Great throw and catch!!

[PSUcup]

Great pass

[KingLando]

That was probably the best throw all year by Rocco

[MM1994]

Rocco dropped that one in the bucket.

[PSUcup]

Please stop with the direct Becht runs please.
He can use his legs some what on a broken play buts not a runner
