You post way too much for someone who only speaks in dis-jointed bozo blather in all caps. Jfcarter3 was spot on about you.

I agree that the statement of "democrats suck" is indeed a generalized statement. That said, the number of issues with your asinine party have been enumerated and debated thoroughly, and you have made your position clear. Hate is your life force, and you are a cultist wanting Daddy President to care for you.

The purpose of ALL CAPS is to highlight the rants and vogue words and phrases your cult leaders demand you use.

My favorite was "IF WE CAN SAVE JUST ONE LIFE" and now people are getting raped and murdered because of your policies. And you could give a $hite about it.

But thank you for continuing to bump this thread. The good news needs to be shared.

You just can let a proven point stand can you? You always have to have the last word to re-prove what an imbecile you are.

Not sure what you think you're accomplishing because no one respects your cognitively challenged psycho-babble nor your constant bombardment of opinionated fear-porn from dark-red pseudo journalists. Changing hearts and minds you're not, that I can promise you.

Speaking of respect? No one respects you. You've made a joke of yourself. I'm not here to change your mind. I'm here laughing at your pathetic state. Is is genuinely a national disgrace.

I don't know, I just heard a clip where the Democrat Senate nominee al sayeed said he wanted to put money in my pocket. How can you not vote for a guy like that

Of course, trump is going to put $5,000 in my pocket....How can you not vote for a promise like that...

I could be saying that, but to the vast majority of Americans, Biden is so 2024...the person who promised to reduce prices is in the white house, and he get's their blame.... May or may not be right (@dpic73 says it's right) but the "buck stops there"
With all this talk gas is still way less expensive under Trump than it was under Biden at the same point in term. Now it was way down until Iran and that's the rub. Trump set the bar low and then Iran allowed oil companies to jack the price up. It's actually dropping again now.

The measurement should not be one point in their respective terms and you know it, especially when one price spike was due to the Ukraine War and the economy reopening and the other was caused solely by a President's disastrous tariff and war policies.

The average is much more telling.

Thanks for your worthless contribution without nuance or context that didn't apply to my post. Next thing you know, you'll say the same thing but in All Caps.
I doubt anybody really debates the reasons for high gas prices under each president. But. as many have posted, the reasons for something are seemingly determined by which party you are supporting. All Presidents get credit for things they might or might not have had a hand in, or blamed for similar things they had little control over....it goes with the territory.

Heck, you blame trump for high grocery prices but on average, they've gone up about 3.4% since Trump was inaugurated in 2025, but during biden's they increased on average 20-22%. The increases during both are additive, so the biggest increases happened well before trump...now I know you'll tell me all the "acceptable" reasons for increases during Biden and ignore the additive nature of the increases during trump's...but that brings me back to "which party you are supporting"

that's not the point Americans care about....they're in to gas and food prices, ability to buy a home...the basics of life. For the average American the concept of 3.4% GDP growth is meaningless.
True but better GDP growth typically leads to more and higher paying jobs.

Wrt affordability... The big complaints are the cost of groceries, gas, housing, and healthcare.

1) Grocery prices are up 1.8% this year. People are upset that they went up so much in 2022-2024 but they're blaming Trump because he's the current president.

2) Gas is a legitimate complaint. So is the impact diesel is having on all delivered goods. Trump severely misjudged the IRGC resolve and now he's in a bad spot. My question is what would democrats do at this point? Would they leave Iran and allow a nuclear bomb? What else would they do to lower gas prices? In the past they stopped drilling leases, killed pipelines, closed refineries, and taxed fossil fuels. Exactly how will that lower gas & oil prices?

3) Housing prices took off in 2021-2024. Once again people are blaming Trump because he happens to be the current president. I think a couple of things have contributed to the problem. One is ultra low interest/mortgage rates from several years ago. People don't want to sell and give up their 2.5% mortgage. Another is the number of immigrants that poured into the USA and are in need of housing. I'd like to know the democrat plan to lower house prices because I don't think they have one except to give free money to first time homebuyers. That just adds to the debt and increases demand even further. IMO housing is something that will have to work it's way out over time.

4) Healthcare is a disaster but it's not a new since Trump took office. Neither party has a solution because solutions require compromises/sacrifices. Democrats would reinstate covid era enhanced subsidies but that's not true cost reduction. It's some people paying for other people. They'll also push for Medicare for all as though government control would magically save $500 billion/yr because the government is more "efficient". That's an easy thing to claim when you don't have to provide and be held accountable to the details.

Cry harder, MAGA soldier. You think the 2020 election was stolen and you are lecturing folks about not accepting a choice for president. You’re a clown.
Right, I’d say it’s right up there with the libtards saying people need to vote Democrat or risk losing democracy. This coming from the dipsh.its that didn’t even have an election for the democratic presidential candidate. I don’t think that’s how democracy works.

I agree with everything you posted...but the average American voters is now being told by democrats that they have the knowledge on how to lower prices and some have said they want to put money in our pockets I assume through higher wages.

I posted once before, if I were a cynic, I'd think trump is purposely "throwing" this election to the democrats so a 2028 Republican presidential candidate can point to Democrat promises/solutions in this election....things over which they have little or no control...and how they failed...

Republicans can't govern, or at least haven't shown that they can...democrats promise a lot and for some reason just ignore the basics of economics. Well one good thing, after midterms, stock prices after divided government results, rises on average over 15%...if one party government only 13+%.... of course we didn't have a $40 trillion debt when those calculations were taken.

I personally wants to see what the Democrat controlled Congress will accomplish...lower grocery, gas, healthcare costs, social security fixed, deficits reduced...(remember they were the ones complaining about defense stockpiles being reduced, they'll have to spend to replace them), housing market revived...inflation reduced...it will be a good two years

A democrat controlled congress won't be able to do anything for two reasons:
1) Trump will veto anything they try to pass
2) They don't have any solutions except tax the rich and increase subsidies/social welfare

Grocery and gas prices might come down after the war is over. Lower deisel might lower overall inflation.

Their only plan for healthcare other than subsidies (which isn't cost reduction) is Medicare for all. They won't pass that because they would have to show the details (like increased taxes, how to pay for 10 million immigrants, etc)

Neither party has the courage to fix SS because there are only two unpleasant options. Increase taxes or reduce benefits.

Deficit reduction doesn't have a chance. The debt continues to rise and it's being financed at higher rates as new 4% treasuries replace old 2% treasuries. Furthermore any proposed tax hikes on the rich would be offset by even more spending.

Of course they can't make huge policy changes because they don't have veto power so it's disingenuous for you and Ned to pretend like they've over-promised on their plans, when you know that's not reality.

The goal is to put pressure on their war and tariff policies, something Republicans have refused to do, but as ineffective and absent as this Congress has been, anything they can accomplish, no matter how small, will be an inprovement. And of course there needs to be some accountability for the obscene, in your face levels of corruption we've seen. Oversight may help slow that some so it needs to be a top priority and will be.

Anything else is a bonus.

Ned,,,,if dems win senate and house then nothing happens the next two years legislatively more than likely. Trump will veto anything not good. The main thing the next 2 years would be the Trump witch hunt on steroids. That's it sadly. I can't see the commiecrats trying to work with Trump.

How is that any different than what the Republicans ran on for the 2022 mid-terms? Did you continually bash them for their proposed agenda or does it only matter when Democrats make proposals?

"If you're like everybody else we hear: whether you can afford it, whether you feel safe, the challenge of your children getting left behind, or a government that's run amok, who has a plan to change that course? We do," he said.

The "Commitment to America" includes four broad pillars focusing on the economy, safety, individual freedom and government accountability. Big on ideas ("expand U.S. manufacturing") but short on policy specifics, the agenda is in keeping with tradition established in 1994 with Rep. Newt Gingrich's "Contract with America," where the minority party releases their agenda priorities ahead of Election Day."

Reminder, they didn't do a damn thing except spend two years investigating the Biden crime family in an attempt to keep Joe from running again. And for the last two years they've been a ghost Congress and haven't done a damn thing except being a doormat for Trump who pretends like they don't even exist.

So stop your crying.

you're getting a little touchy...I didn't say or imply any comparison from one administration to another. Just made a statement. Does every post have to include comparisons to previous administrations? your's don't.. why make an issue of mine...

But since you brought it up, how is this any different than the 2024 election? Trump lied about his "promises" which a lot of folks bring up...fair point.

Democrats are lying about what they're going to accomplish...you already acknowledged they're not going to be able to accomplish their campaign statements because of Trump vetoes....but their promises are aspirational...yea, nothing to see here

Oh and if you go back through my posts you'll find that I said more than once that this Republican Congress cannot govern, has been a do nothing, and hasn't lived up to expectations...let's see how the Democrat Congress does (see made a comparison).

why always so confrontational???

I'm touchy because you continually/daily make this claim that they have "promised" something they can't deliver when you know that's a lie. They will "try" to move the needle on affordability but that's different from a promise but because you're a partisan, you ignore this fact. You're also pissed that they will investigate the most corrupt administration in history because you want Trump to get away with it. Sorry, Neddles, you reap what you sow. Stop your crying.

RCM/TIPP Optimism Hits a Nine-Month-High

Hmmmm..... More good news to anger and enrage the emotionally unhinged.

https://www.realclearmarkets.com/ar..._optimism_hits_a_nine-month-high_1214800.html

Consumer sentiment improved for a third straight month in November as the RealClearMarkets/TIPP Economic Optimism Index, the first monthly reading of U.S. consumer confidence, rose to 48.5 from 46.8 in October, a 1.7-point (3.6%) gain. In its final reading before today's midterm elections, the index reached its highest level since February, and all three of its components advanced. Unlike October, the gains were broad: 17 of the 21 demographic groups we track improved, and optimism rose in every income bracket.

The index has now remained below the neutral 50 mark for fifteen consecutive months, keeping the nation in what we classify as the pessimism zone.

November's reading is 1.0% below the 310-month historical average of 49.0, the closest the index has come to its long-term norm since February.

Investor confidence rose to 64.2 from 62.3 in October, its highest reading since August 2025 and a fifth consecutive month above the neutral 50 mark. Non-investor optimism also improved, rising to 38.9 from 37.2. Investors gained more, however, and the confidence gap widened from 25.1 to 25.3 points. That is the widest separation between the two groups since the index began in February 2001, breaking the record set just last month.

The RCM/TIPP Economic Optimism Index has a strong track record of anticipating the consumer confidence indicators later released by the University of Michigan and The Conference Board. From February 2001 to October 2023, TIPP released this index monthly in collaboration with its former sponsor and media partner, Investor's Business Daily.

LOL.. The first clown is another dummy who doesn't understand that his groceries are expensive because of 21% inflation under Biden.

I'm sensing you are more happy by the day with Bidenflation.
You should tell these Republicans that they should ignore their wallets because "Optimism Hits a Nine Month High" and "There is a Manufacturing Boom!" Maybe they forgot how good they have it.

They have it a lot better than in 2022 when their wallets were getting decimated. They have it a lot better now.

I love when good economic news makes you angry and resentful. It shows your lack of character.

the thing is I know it, bdgan knows it and you know it, but the politicians spouting their "promises" apparently don't..or they're just flat out lying. It's interesting, to me at least, that you've already thrown in the towel on the lowering of prices, inflation, reducing healthcare costs, and all the other things democrats have included in their ads, and they haven't even won the election
They're just flat out lying.
