Killeus Hunt #45 not giving up on that blocked field goal and making that tackle was incredible

I bet some Lawndale residents will be putting for sale signs on the defensive coordinators front lawn for going prevent at the end.... Cruz was 4-8 passing to the beginning of the fourth, ended up 19-30 256 yards and 2 tds

I was shocked at how good Burns d was, the was all over us for 3 quarters.. I had thought it was over, and somehow someway they turned a 3 quarter crap show on offense into a win... unreal

The weakest people always talk trash AFTER the fact. KM rushed for 256yds while SP completely dominated time of possession. SP is a well coached team who came out on top, be happy with your win.

This kid is a great defensive player, even plays kickoff coverage and makes numerous tackles on kickoff coverage.... Someone takes a chance on him they're getting a dude with a motor that never stops... hes that dude

#4 for Burns had a heck of a defensive game, been hurt this year, Ive known him since he was a 1st grader, Dad was a great LB'er for Shelby in the late 90's..He had several sacks tonight... He makes ole Shelby Lion proud

Crest was solid in all three phases. This Crest team is completely different from the early weeks, they have improved as the season has progressed in all phases. All the other county teams would have gotten the same work we received last night. I think if you put Crest in 7A they would be the 2nd best 7A in the state behind Grimsley. Crest line play on both sides is legit and my biggest concern going in. Missing two starting o-linemen for dumb crap in school on the biggest week of the season doesn’t help. It was disappointing but we are still a team dominated by underclassmen and the immaturity we have at times showed. We have to develop some fight. We have two weeks to regroup, put this behind us, and try to restore some pride.
