Football Cleveland County

[DeBoer31]

That mercy flag on the td just now helped them a whole lot huh? LOL

That wasn't a mercy flag by definition. Tied games you don't have mercy flags. Go back and watch from 21-0 and 21-7 though.....the penalties that are ridiculous change games at all levels. Nothing against Burns.... they happen for and against Sp, Carolina Panthers, Vanderbilt, etc. I just wish refs would call the game as it is without messing around. I don't care who wins Burns-Shelby.

[Shelby Lion]

3 seconds left, Shelby to try a field goal from 30 yards

[Shelby Lion]

BLOCKED by Burns and they almost ran it back, thank god for 45 adefensive lineman chasing him down and making the tackle

3 opportunities to win at the end and squandered them all

UNREAL game

[Shelby Lion]

Heading to overtime

[crestrulz]

KJ best qb on the field tonight
Congrats to the 2026 Big South Conference Champs Crest Chargers
KMs yearly nose dive has commenced
When you can’t stop the run you are doomed
Crest lines absolutely dominated this game

The Crest oline manhandled their front 7. That’s the first time all year the 9th grader saw any defense like that. Running for his life.

Mark Barnes is a heck of a football coach

[Shelby Lion]

First play TD Shelby Jonas Woods

xp good 28-21 Shelby

[DeBoer31]

Heading to overtime

yall got a big advantage....don't care if they're at burns or not. All them 2 way players have officially wilted for Burns.
The d@mn DL ran that "skill" guy down on the blocked FG!!!!

[DeBoer31]

Gotta go for TWO BURNS!!!!!! Defense is gassed

[Shelby Lion]

Burns with the TD ... xp upcoming

its good 28-28

[Shelby Lion]

Burns up first 2nd OT

Burns 3rd down on the 8 time out Burns

[Shelby Lion]

Touchdown pass for Burns,14 for us fell down... xp to come

35-28 Burns Shelby up again

[DeBoer31]

I mean....again...#3 ain't your first target choice on offense in some way???
How don't he have 50 receiving targets this year and 40-50 rush attempts?
Not to mention KR attempts.
Dude has 6 rush attempts this year. Didn't think he was a good candidate for a jet sweep or fake jet sweep look? LOL, smh

[Shelby Lion]

Touchdown Shelby

Shelby going for two here we go

[Shelby Lion]

SHELBY wins OH MY GOD

Incredible comeback same score as last year

I cant believe what happened just now, and I hate it for my Burns pals..... They will be hard to handle in playoffs

[crestrulz]

Great comeback by the Lions.

[crestrulz]

I’m going to bed but I wanted to let you know that you can get your a$$ whooped over at Sid Bryson.

[Everybody Hates The Champ]

I said when it was happening Burns should've went for 2 after that first OT score. Defense was gassed. Can't play scared.

[SHS LION]

On this night Im going to agree, this is as unprepared a Shelby team to play as I have seen in a while.. BUT that Burns defense has been relentless and is a major part of that particular particle of gravyness

We better figure it out quick...
And we just dropped a fourth quarter TD in endzone.... Just aint our night so far... Were fiiiiiinnnnneee

Ballgame The greatest comeback I have ever seen. Congratulations to both teams on an incredible game.

[mgsouth]

No excuse for blowing a 21 point lead going into the 4th. Way to choke dogs.

[Shelby Lion]

That may have been the most unbelievable Burns and Shelby game I have ever seen

Killeus Hunt #45 not giving up on that blocked field goal and making that tackle was incredible

I bet some Lawndale residents will be putting for sale signs on the defensive coordinators front lawn for going prevent at the end.... Cruz was 4-8 passing to the beginning of the fourth, ended up 19-30 256 yards and 2 tds

I was shocked at how good Burns d was, the was all over us for 3 quarters.. I had thought it was over, and somehow someway they turned a 3 quarter crap show on offense into a win... unreal

[Crestufff]

Coaching Clinic over at the Sid is what happened HC and the staff did a great job

[TritonHawks]

The weakest people always talk trash AFTER the fact. KM rushed for 256yds while SP completely dominated time of possession. SP is a well coached team who came out on top, be happy with your win.

How was the game tonight. Catching up on here. Did KM run the ball? Did they stop the run? Who were the refs? Is the game on YouTube so I can go check it out?

Hope this works, watch 45 defensive tackle for Shelby chase down the dude that was taking the blocked field goal back for a win......unreal

This kid is a great defensive player, even plays kickoff coverage and makes numerous tackles on kickoff coverage.... Someone takes a chance on him they're getting a dude with a motor that never stops... hes that dude

#4 for Burns had a heck of a defensive game, been hurt this year, Ive known him since he was a 1st grader, Dad was a great LB'er for Shelby in the late 90's..He had several sacks tonight... He makes ole Shelby Lion proud

I’m going to bed but I wanted to let you know that you can get your a$$ whooped over at Sid Bryson.

I told you on text but Im going to say it here too

At this point in the season, I think this version of the infidels, may be better overall that the title winner last season...

They were dominate tonight
