Rutgers Football Injury Report: Latest ahead of the Michigan game
Here's a look at the injury report for the Rutgers Football team ahead of the Michigan game this Saturday.
If anything like that were to happen and it gets well known this early in a season- it does not help his draft stock at all. I doubt it would be the caseI know nothing but assume Duff is pulling out to stay healthy for the draft. I am surprised he didn’t do this sooner. Tough stretch of games coming up.
Doubt it honestly. If I'm an NFL person I would completey understand. If anything like that were to happen and it gets well known this early in a season- it does not help his draft stock at all. I doubt it would be the case
Especially with the only quarterback who has been remotely capable of getting him the ball out for the game.Doubt it honestly. If I'm an NFL person I would completey understand.

NFL doesn't careIf anything like that were to happen and it gets well known this early in a season- it does not help his draft stock at all. I doubt it would be the case
No doubt, because after all who has time to recruit backups, amirite?Greg gets a pass for Michigan game

Is he getting paid for the Michigan game, if so no excuses.Greg gets a pass for Michigan game
That more passes than the Rutgers wide receivers, tight ends (does Rutgers have tight ends?) and running backs will get in the Michigan game.Greg gets a pass for Michigan game
It ended after the UMass game. This season just needs to end.
Depends on the negotiation. Supposedly he had higher dollar offers so this could could been a negotiation clause to agree to taking less money.Another reason I don’t think Duff will be sitting out future games if he is healthy, I would assume there is some sort of contractual stipulation in his NIL deal that requires him to play in the regular season games to receive the total compensation. I can’t imagine a player getting $2 M in compensation and then sitting out many games to protect his draft status if he is reasonably healthy.
Maybe he’s willing to forgo some comp now to stay healthily for more comp later.Another reason I don’t think Duff will be sitting out future games if he is healthy, I would assume there is some sort of contractual stipulation in his NIL deal that requires him to play in the regular season games to receive the total compensation. Jamar Chase sat out his entire third year and it didn’t seem to hurt his stock too muchNFL doesn't care
You got special needs QBs out there going to get him killed
No passes, get the job done or go home. This
I guess the Schiano Fan Boys will give Greg 10 passes this season.
If that’s true he should lose his schollie, NIL, school housing and access to facilitiesI know nothing but assume Duff is pulling out to stay healthy for the draft. I am surprised he didn’t do this sooner. Tough stretch of games coming up.
Greg has gotten a pass over almost 7 years of 75% of conference games as that’s how many we’ve lost and the % likely grows this yearGreg gets a pass for Michigan game
Only justification for him opting out is if RU agreed in his “contract” that he can . But I doubt RU did thatDepends on the negotiation. Supposedly he had higher dollar offers so this could could been a negotiation clause to agree to taking less money.
Let’s be honest. It makes zero sense for Duff to play in this game.
If that’s true he should lose his schollie, NIL, school housing and access to facilities
this notion of a player opting out is total BS. They are essentially under contract as paid professionals. Do your job as we all have to do
Getting injured and bad stats don’t look good either. Everyone on the NFL pregame shows says he’s a 1st rounder. Why risk it? The competitor in me says play but this is a different era.If anything like that were to happen and it gets well known this early in a season- it does not help his draft stock at all. I doubt it would be the case
Personal experience from 20 years ago. It’s a different world now.01 speaks from personal experience. Take his comments seriously.
Eventually the fools donating to college NIL will learnIf that’s true he should lose his schollie, NIL, school housing and access to facilities

Definitely competitive but these guys are pros now. They have agents, managers, and people looking out for their long term career. Missing a game isn't going to change his draft status, but against Michigan with a D3 QB, it may just save his career. That is certainly possible. He seems like a very competitive guy, we’ll see what happens.
Only part of it. Why the hell should he get to stay in his dorm, get free tuition, free food and use of RUs gym id he opts outEventually the fools donating to college NIL will learn
Or maybe they won't
