It's all going to plan:Party of states’ rights, indeed
That is exactly how it seems.yep, republicans already starting their plans to steal the election..
Dan S Sullivan is labeled as the Incumbent Republican on the ballot and the other is just listed as Dan J Sullivan. If they can't figure that out, lord help us.Okay, so they are afraid of The Distinguished Gentleman situation. Just make one appear in blue font and one in red.
they are totally gonna try. But trust them! They are draining the swamp. It's all going to plan:
Claim that the other side "cheats like hell"
Delay certification and manufacture a false pretense to contest unfavorable results (You are here)
Next?
Seize ballots and voting machines?
Refuse to seat the Dem winners?

| Counter-sue immediately | When sued or accused, file a counter-lawsuit (often for defamation) to shift pressure onto the accuser. |
| Weaponize the legal system | Use lawsuits not to win but to intimidate, harass, and exhaust opponents; delay proceedings to run out the clock. |
| Manipulate the media | Plant stories, cultivate gossip columnists, and create controversy; perception trumped reality. |
| Accuse the accuser | Project your own alleged crimes onto your enemies. |
| Avoid a paper trail | Conduct business over the phone, keep no records, change bank accounts to evade the IRS. |
| Rat out others to save yourself | If cornered, implicate others. |
| Stoke fear | Exploit public prejudices (communism, crime, "the other") to build a loyal base and justify authoritarian solutions. |
| Demand absolute loyalty | Build a network of mutual obligation and fear; punish disloyalty swiftly. |
To be fair, it is likely that there will be some voter confusion given the similarity in names. But there is, as noted previously in this thread and in news stories on this subject, no legal precedent for setting aside an election on the basis of possible voter confusion. We won't even know the extent to which voter confusion played a part, even after the votes are all tabulated. How would you even begin to determine that, given that voters are under no obligation to disclose how they voted?Dan S Sullivan is labeled as the Incumbent Republican on the ballot and the other is just listed as Dan J Sullivan. Besides, the federal govt. should not be involved in a decision already ruled on by the state Supreme Court but I just heard a clip of Trump saying he told them to do it anyway.
But how can they look at a ballot with no voter information and determine who they intended to vote for?
Thats when it gets sinister.

Disingenuous post dpic. The commie dems found some random lib loser with the same name as the republican and bankrolled him to get on the ballot with the aim to dilute the republican vote due to mistake.Dan S Sullivan is labeled as the Incumbent Republican on the ballot and the other is just listed as Dan J Sullivan. Not proven and you know nothing.Disingenuous post dpic. The commie dems found some random lib loser with the same name as the republican and bankrolled him to get on the ballot with the aim to dilute the republican vote due to mistake.
It's great, isn't it? I love it.Disingenuous post dpic. The commie dems found some random lib loser with the same name as the republican and bankrolled him to get on the ballot with the aim to dilute the republican vote due to mistake.
“Omg it’s just a coincidence that they had the same name!!”Disingenuous post dpic. The commie dems found some random lib loser with the same name as the republican and bankrolled him to get on the ballot with the aim to dilute the republican vote due to mistake.
Called it“Omg it’s just a coincidence that they had the same name!!”
- dpic, undoubtedly (posted before reading past your comment, I’m highly confident he responded with something along these lines though)
Called it
You also read past this comment:Dan J and the Dems claim they had nothing to do with it and he insists he's a legitimate candidate running as Unafilliated, but who knows.
Here's an image of the ballot where you can easily see that Dan S is the incumbent, so this shouldn't be hard. The DOJ said if Peltola wins but doesn't receive 50% of the vote, that will trigger the investigation, but again, how can they tell from the ballots what the voter intended?

And of course the Pubs in NH are trying to make it harder for students to vote. Have we ever known of any Republicans to make it easier?
do none of the students in that state drive? To be fair, it is likely that there will be some voter confusion given the similarity in names. If Democrats ran this guy in order to create confusion, more power to them. Republicans have already done their best to put their finger on the scale in New Hampshire voting. They enacted legislation prohibiting the use of student ID's for purposes of proving eligibility to obtain a ballot. Wonder if it has anything to do with the fact that New Hampshire has the highest percentage of student voters (vs. all voters) in the nation, and that student voters vote Democrat by a wide margin. I think it does.
