This is pretty awesome. Haven't seen this in other posts, and call it OT if you want, but this is what they did as a tribute on Friday to the kid from the Hawkeye band that passed.
Definitely better than the Stanford bandThis is pretty awesome. Haven't seen this in other posts, and call it OT if you want, but this is what they did as a tribute on Friday to the kid from the Hawkeye band that passed.![]()
Only in college football would you see something like this. One of the many reasons why, despite its increasing flaws, I still love it so much.
That is a very nice touch by their band. Too bad their fans leave the stands during the performance. I saw a ton of games at Kinnick and we stayed in our seats at halftime to watch the band and when we lived around Iowa City we would go watch the band warmup in the old Fieldhouse before the game and there were hundreds or more fans at the warmup. This is pretty awesome. Indeed, that is Awesome!Very cool...well don Washington!
That one was good too.Definitely better than the Stanford band
The Nebraska band wore ribbons honoring him.It feels like Wash is classier than most. Somehow I can't see Nebraska or Penn St. doing something like this. Well done.
Good to hear. Props to them and I stand corrected. The Nebraska band wore ribbons honoring him.
