So let me get this straight toolboy - in all those years, PSU was the 2nd or 3rd best team in the b1g by ranking and record. But we have clearly upgraded by firing Franklin and hiring a coach (paying him more $$$) who has spent more on this roster than Franklin to put a team on the field that is abjectly non-competitive and quite possibly the absolute worst team in the Conference. This is clearly what Krafty the Clown promised in regards to "excellence" and "Championship Football". LMAO. You're such a tool twit-boy.
Is Kraft quite possibly the worst AD in Major CFB history?

Wait--you just claimed that MC spent more on this team than Franklin--literally the dumbest thing anyone has ever said--well done
Being 2nd is the first loser and we were rarely second.
Disagree. Look at Indiana and some other teams out there. You can turn a team around in one season with a good transfer class.
Cael doesn't fund all the other men's and women's sports.......WRONG
Open letter to Pat Kraft: Revolutions consume their father's.
Don't let the door hit you in the ***.
Don't let the door hit you in the ***.
Krafty the Clown made a decision on emotions, which was wrong. He was pissed that when James asked for an extension early in the year and Kraft said let's wait and play the season out. James went over his head to the top. The top said Pat is the AD.
Pat did not forget that and jumped after two terrible losses and made a decision on pure emotion because he was pissed James went over his head earlier.
So, he made an awful decision for PSU for personal reasons rather than what was best for PSU? Yea, that sounds real professional..... NOT.
Now that's what I should've done instead of watching last night. Maybe that's what the team needs to do this weekend.

Agreed but 6.5 million can get you more talent especially if you are the best evaluator American football has ever seen.

Weird, I was just told Campbell and PSU weren't paying big $$$ for this completely uncompetitive crap-show?
BTW, this nonsense about absolute amount of $$$ spent translating automatically to wins is nonsense. Tons of names at top of list that aren't buying their way into the playoffs - aTm, USC, scUM, Oklahoma...... etc....
It's about talent evaluation - PSU's roster budget is plenty big enough to be competitive (which Franklin always was - all games were extremely close even against the very best teams in the country) - this team is among the worst in the Conference and bottom quartile of FBS - completely uncompetitive and just embarrassing despite tons of money being spent on Campbell's Free Agents. Just embarrassing, and irresponsible, that Krafty The Clown still has a job.
Stop believing made up figures regarding NIL. Not sure why people refuse to accept this data isn't being shared. They're estimating what they think people are being paid. MC can spend just as much as Franklin if not more but you don't overpay guys just to spend.

Don't worry, Loado is on the job trying to convince everyone that Campbell is barely paying these guys anything when the reality is that Campbell's Free Agents are being paid market rate and this roster overall is being paid every bit as much, if not more, than any Franklin roster.
No dipstick, you overpay due to a bad evaluation of talent - a fatal coaching flaw in today's era of Professional Football wearing University's names on your jerseys. You are such a twit, it's beyond laughable.
I feel the biggest mistake Kraft made was firing Franklin mid season. Did Kraft fire him because Franklin went behind his back for a raise? Maybe. Maybe Kraft took advantage of Franklin's bad start, last season, to pay him back for a perceived miss deed. Kraft should have atleast let the season play out, before firing him. After 10 mostly seasons, he deserved that. By firing Franklin, after only 6 games, it made Kraft the bad guy. Appears to me no one wanted to work for Kraft after that firing debackle. Prediction time...Kraft will fire Campbell after three seasons because of performance issues and falling ticket sales. Kraft will not be able to find any decent coach who wants to work for him. At that point Kraft himself will be fire and this whole mess will be reset.
That's not what occurred but your anti MC before he coached a game so
Kraft is an idiot, and the fact that he made it to the spring shows how poorly PSU is run
You don't fire Campbell - you fire the empty-suit, hack creator of this entire crap-show who doesn't deserve minimum wage, let alone the multi-millions he is pulling down....... you fire Kraft (should have been fired the morning after the Wisconsin debacle @Home.... how he still has a job is quite beyond me). You let the new AD deal with Campbell - I doubt they would fire him immediately, but would certainly probably put him on a short lease and communicate expectations.
Firing a coach midseason is pretty standard at this point
Why would he want to stay knowing he's gone? Why would you want to keep him knowing he's gone?
Him being fired at midseason had zero impact on the coaching search other than the fact Kraft royally screwed it up so badly that it looks worse considering he gave himself extra time not to screw it up
Kraft won't be here in 3 years but Campbell should be fired after year 3 if he doesn't win big
How can you say that, he's going to show us how you achieve "Excellence" and "Championship Football" here at PSU, don't you know? The sooner this lame-@** Indiana-grad, arrogant dip$**** is gone, the better. I don't need this empty-suit, wildly over-paid clown telling me he's going to bring great football to PSU when he's decimated one of the valuable and historic franchises in College Football. Just another gift from the traditional b1g - the gift that just keeps giving to PSU [insert eyeroll].
Agree. And an abundance of money invites stupidity when a program isn’t used to evaluating and paying players.College Football Team NIL Valuations — Program Rankings | The NIL Standard Football

They may not make money but they are the most dominant college sports team in history
You
You don't have to convince me of that, I'm a season ticket holder. By the way, Kraft did not hire Cael so that ends that ...
The failure by Kraft to lead a successful regime change is puzzling. He had nothing but tremendous success in building football programs at his previous stops at Temple and Boston College.
The sooner you get Pat Kraft's ego and big mouth out of the way, the better. Campbell is in it up to his neck right now and he needs to be trusted to make the moves necessary. He's been through the wars and doesn't need Kraft's "help."
