Is our Joined date carried over from whenever we first joined or is that one of the cutover dates? I show November 1, 2007. I never got banned from Genespage but my speech patterns and thoughts weren't sympatico and I didn't want to have to feel like I was at my grandmothers house and had to watch my language when talking about something. I wanted a locker room feel and that is what SPS was. Congrats.

My current iteration has been here since 2017. I was heee prior to that but lost my login info and had to sign up again. I don't even remember what my original name was on here. But as my daughter reminds me...I am over half a century old now. Can't just say over 50. Oh no. Has to use the phrase half a century.
Born in the mid to late 1900s always sounds worse to me.

Since I have joined I have wondered why any of the other boards still exist.
Sixpack - Best for quick communication, up to date news, and getting in pointless arguments without fear of getting banned.

Genespage - Sunshine pumpers only

ED - if you want a look back into the old days of the internet where long-form posts full of stupidity aren't AI slop, there's an actual idiot writing it.

1878 - If you want official school confirmation on breaking news you hear elsewhere first.

The thing I see missing in the market that SixPack is ahead on is getting the youths into the boards. Discord is a massive millennial and zoomer hub. Having that as a spot for six packers to comment in the game is great. If you want to grow traffic, that's where you'll get the younger generation. Doesn't seem to be a desire though.

Thanks I guess. Was not looking for all that information just making a simple statement. But again, thank you I suppose.

If I recall correctly, the join dates were jacked up from the board transitions from EZ, to Yuku, to whatever came next, etc...

I found mine on EZ;

Things have a shelf life. When it's our time, it's our time.

State 1878 uses a discord style format but it still looks like a message board. They use - https://www.discourse.org/

I think it's based on your first post that is still showing on the board...prior to us moving to On3. I stress the phrase I think.

I've been some version of drebin since I joined a few weeks after the launch. I just lost a lot of my post history somewhere along the way among the conversionsku.
I think at one point you used the feminine spelling of Frances instead of the masculine spelling of Francis.

I’ve been here under a few names. I was dishonorably discharged from genespage. I cannot remember how many times I was given a vacation from lessthanelitedawgs. I’ve had a few vacations from here too. Being a 73 year old hard core State fan, I easily get pissed at ****** athletic performance e by my favorite school and it sometimes causes me to exaggerate my disappointment!

I joined sometime around 2005-2006 but started reading a little before I joined. It was 2007 at the absolute latest. My handle was ADisTheTRUTH ( I went to Terry high school if you can’t tell) my password was forgotten but was probably something like preshit696969 so I made this one sometime during one of the board changes. That’s why I get tickled at my rating. There hasn’t been many days I didn’t check this place at least once. The amount of changes I’ve made as a person but still checked SP every day is crazy. Thank yall for starting it

I found my old yuku profile as Frances Drebin and it said I joined in Feb 2004. But I had joined as threedawgnight for a few months prior to changing to that. Threedawgnight was my first handle on jean's page and it got banned around the time this place launched.

I think I first learned of this place the summer of 2008 after my wife passed, she was only 44. I read the posts for information for awhile, maybe a few months. Then I made an account one night after I thought I had something to add. That has since been lost when that laptop crashed or I lost the log in info or something. I was drinking a lot after my wife passed so I was not in the best of shape back then.

I made this account in 2010 and been here since. I have no idea what that other account was even named.

I have been around since at least '05... could have been before that, I just can't remember. A friend told me about this place after I was complaining about something on genespage. I have absolutely no recollection of what my first username was, but I remember some of the responses to my virgin post 'welcoming' me. They were scathing and damn funny, so I stuck around. Then I got to know some of you pricks in person and realized you were being serious**

I did have another username or two in the late-aughts and since, but had to change once for personal reasons (IYKYK) then again when the board changed. My 'member since 2022' feels like an insult. I believe I have posted enough in my career to earn it, but now I am left counting on the Old Timers Committee if I ever want to be inducted into the Heisman House.

I got you a pass for the Heisman House. I put you on the list but only under your old username (IYKYK).
