The coach is ultimately responsible for the outcome of a game--that's just how it works
It's why the CEO gets fired as well

How are we entitled. For 12 years Franklin played in front of packed houses and fans gave him the greatest atmosphere in football for all those big games he lost. I know because I was there with no voice at the end. And the administration gave him pretty much everything he asked for for 12 years.

Post is proof of the delusional part. Franklin's record was better than the previous PSU record of 150 games. So if he failed PSU has a 25 year tradition of failure. But cheer up, it seems Campbell's improving things.

BS. Other programs fire coaches routinely. Giving a guy 12 years for 4-21 against top ten is beyond generous. Since you mentioned Georgia go look up Mark Richt.

You don't have to know a ton about football to see the lack of adjustments and failures against Wisconsin. Now they have to adapt. Hopefully they do.

Demanding new coordinators then losing to a horrible UCLA team followed by NW.
We also had the easiest path the the final anyone will ever have because they fixed the system and still couldn't get there.
During the time frame his big wins were SMU and Boise?
Not play dumb...you're not.. you know last year wasn't acceptable with the money spent

If a company loses money do they fire the CEO and other leaders or the front line workers. Football is the same...you can't get rid of all the players (technically probably could) but you can hire the man at the top
