I like how we battled to the end against a determined Indiana team on the road. Very winnable game for us. We were in it all the way. Nice to see our offense come to life in the /nd half. Such a tough schedule ahead though but this game showed NU is a tough team. Playing the defending national champ at their home to come within a few plays of winning is pretty impressive.

Really disappointed with the loss, but kudos to the team for showing a lot of character and guts. Need to clean up the penalties as we don’t have a margin for error against top teams.

No moral victories but a lot of respect for not giving up. Wee were so close in that onside kick. An incredibly weird game but the way our offense finished was spectacular

They’d have been wise to go for it. If we’d wrapped Beebe we’d have the TFL and a great chance to stop em.

I thought it would have been good to run something to get Himon outside the box a few times since we were having so much trouble running anyone up the middle. A couple of screens with him might have been handy since Indiana was on top of Chiles often.
