all of that sounds really good, but ask yourself, which party will the socialists caucus with? Lets hope that if the democrats retake the house they do it with a large majority. That way they'll be able to offset the voting block of socialists. Otherwise, socialists might be able to control the party votes

It figures, you would pay attention to influencers you've always mocked and hated. Good Lord, how pathetic.
Your name will soon be added to that list, Captain Houseboat. But we'll forgive you. You've ingested FAR too much equine seminal fluid for it not to have affected your cognitive function.

People said the same thing about the republican party and look where it's at in such a short time. You're a fool if you think the democrats won't surrender to the DSA. The fact the DSA is part of the democratic party is proof enough that democrats won't fight against the DSA. It is truly both sides because both sides are idiots.
LOL... the GOP has spent years... decades... narrowing their base while enflaming them over social issues. They are white. They are "Christian". They are older. They do that because those people reliably vote. Trump took that base and turned it into a cult of personality. Thirty percent of the country would vote for Trump in 2028 with no hesitation.

The Dems are the "big tent" party. They don't have that hard core base united under one issue that will reliably vote no matter what. You think the Democratic party is going to unite behind the DSA banner at a national level??? 😂🤣 And then you have to find the larger-than-life personality who can turn that into a national movement. Name the person who could possibly manage that, 🤣😂🤣😂

Both-sides people are worse than the extremists on either end of the spectrum. They put less thought into issues than anyone else.

You keep laughing because the joke is on you.

The democratic party will fall in line just like the republicans did. The DSA is just getting started and can be stopped (if it's done now) but it's going to take the democratic party to actually stop them. What do you think the DSA is doing, they're following the GOP playbook and they're getting the young people pissed about social issues as well. The DSA is taking the same path as MAGA, they start as a movement, then take over a party, then take over Washington. What do you think the voting is going to look like in 10 years when many of those white christian's are either dead or unable to vote, and combine that with the influx of young voters. If the DSA is left alone to grow, it could look totally different than what it is today. Look at where we were at with MAGA 10-12 years ago, we were all laughing at trump's hair. So you can laugh now about the DSA, and then in 10 years everyone can be talking about DDS.

There have been larger than life figures all through history. To think there isn't another one out there that will attach themselves to the DSA is absolutely stupid. Come on, you're smarter than that.

No, I get your point, and I'm actually appreciative that you're able to criticize Trump. Usually, you guys can't do that. That's progress. Just like the others in my OP. And mind you, everyone I listed above profits by creating division and hate. They were all on the Trump train because he is the master at that. To see them jump off now is crazy. We need more people to do it.
He's full of sh*t. Trump DID sue the federal govt for $10B and then "settled" it with himself. And @MTTiger19 says:

Your list is just TDS, it’s nonsense.

People like him are trying to normalize Trump by labeling ANY criticism of him - no matter how valid - as "TDS". Anyone willing to accept who and what Trump is to get some outcome they like deserves to be vilified.

This is where you lose people. How many people were murdered by illegals? How many children were trafficked? How many car accidents were people disabled in by illegals? How many families destroyed from fentanyl overdoses? Hell how many blacks have been slaughtered by other blacks in that same timeframe in Chicago? Furthermore at best both of those were questionable situations where it’s understandable by most people why deadly force was used. I don’t agree with it but it’s reasonable given the circumstances. One person tried to run over a cop, the other had a loaded gun and was in an altercation with LE. That’s hardly just innocent people who ran across the wrong person at the wrong time - which is exactly what’s happened to many of those that I asked about above. You think people liked having to watch their country be invaded for four years? Probably not, but they weren’t out rioting with loaded guns at the Mexican restaurants were they?
And there's the defense... mountains of "whataboutism" and deflection with no opinion about the actual events beyond lies. One person did not try to "run over a cop" so that's just a lie. The officer shot her through her SIDE window as she pulled away.

Alex Pretti had a weapon, never pulled it, and never accosted an officer. He was bent over a woman Trump's thugs had pushed to the ground and was pushed flat on his face when he was shot multiple times. Deny one word of that and you're so full of **** it's dripping out of your ears.

What's funny is for someone who disingenuously claims you "don’t consume news", you are very well versed in MAGAt propaganda. Seems like it's only the stuff you can't lie about that you're "unaware" of.

and after we all vote blue, is it safe to assume that all of the price increases you listed will revert back to pre trump days? Or that musks's net worth, corporate profits, Trump's wealth and cabinet members net worth will decline?

There are also members of Congress who have a net worth over $100 million, I assume we'll castigate them as well...

You're suck a fool. I've never voted for trump and I'm not MAGA. You're following the MAGA playbook, if someone isn't with you, they're the enemy. You're statement is correct, enrage the idiot base, but this time you're talking about yourself. You see all that's wrong with MAGA and yet when you're doing the same thing with the DSA, it all makes sense to you. Open your eye. I'm sitting in the middle hoping there are option other than the Left DSA or Right MAGA.

Unless there's enough votes to impeach trump, all voting blue will do is create a new set of blue millionaires. Without impeaching they'll see there's nothing that can be done other than to try and make money for themselves. It's the congress way.

Any state with GOP representation in Congress falls under that banner and if you deny it, you're lying. Tillis was one until MAGA finally made him puke into his own mouth. LOL... and look here. Telling people there's no point in voting blue if they can't take two thirds of the f'n Senate. I can guarantee you there won't be a single meaningful vote from a GOP senator. They'll do the math and let their purple state senators cast a vote that might get them close and might assuage the people back home but there will never be enough votes to impeach. MAGA was already there! The GOP has become more and more radicalized for decades going all the way back to Gingrich and further back to Reagan. The MAGAts were ALREADY IN CONGRESS. They just put on the red hats and rolled over for Trump. There was no MAGA movement that swept new representatives and senators into office with Trump in 2015.

Now - with a straight face - I want you to tell me that the current Democratic caucus in either the House or the Senate is remotely DSA.

I saw a stat the other day that this Republican Congress it’s a least productive one in terms of passing laws in history. Meanwhile, Trump has signed more executive orders in two years than Obama did in his eight years. The reason the Democrats need to win is so that power can be shifted back into Congress and away from this narcissistic man baby, who only seeks to glorify himself.

If the DSA isn't part of the democratic party then it shouldn't be hard for every democrat to speak against the DSA. But as we all know that's not happening and in fact there are DSA members running as democrats. At some point MAGA was at the same stage as the DSA. The republicans did nothing to stop MAGA and here we are. It's time for democrats to stop DSA or there won't be a way to stop them.

The Republicans WERE MAGA BEFORE TRUMP. He just gave them the name. If you want to go down this path, I could just as easily start claiming the NAZIs are going to take over the GOP. It’s f’n idiotic both-sides ********. We have an extremist, Christo-fascist party controlling the govt and you’re going to claim the Dems are just like them because they have a handful of leftist representatives so there’s no point in differentiating between the two parties. It’s breath-taking stupidity.

Both-siders are quite literally worse than the extremists of either party.

They can easily impeach with a simple majority in the House. So what? The Senate will never convict. So your brilliant take is that we might as well vote for Republicans. It’s too vapidly moronic to even bother criticizing it.

You REALLY should start consuming more information.

I wish you showed that the same concern for the democratic party as you do for the republicans. I'm not disagreeing with you about the MAGA and the extremists running our country today. I didn't say which way to vote, what I'm saying is that both sides are allowing for extremism. The republicans are much farther along in the process but the democrats are headed in the same direction. Depending on who you are and what your beliefs are, voting democrat might become very hard to do if the DSA is part of party.

I’m voting for Roy Cooper for Senate. You can check him for your insidious DSA infection. I’ll be voting for Chuck Hubbard for the House though he has a smaller chance of winning than a snowball in hell against the Sea Hag. Regardless, you won’t find DSA there.

Your stance is about as dumb as thinking the election of a handful of “moderate” Republicans means the GOP is on the path to redemption. Republicans across the country - in every single state - support Trumpism. They did before Trump ever descended that escalator.

You can’t find anything remotely approaching that on the Dem side for the very simple reason that the Democratic Party is NOT INSULAR. They are old and young and white and black and Latino and gay and straight and every flavor on that spectrum and they are conservative and liberal and Jewish and Muslim and Christian and every other demographic that you could name. The idea that a single ideology - beyond hate for Trump - could unite them indicates you know nothing about the Democratic Party or its history.

If the DSA ever masters cat-herding, I might be concerned about them. Beyond that… not even on my radar… nor that of anyone not trying to create a boogeyman.

If you are over 40 years old and you don’t understand the American Political system is rigged then you are a different kind of brainwashed.

Dems and Republicans are the same. There’s no difference in the team. One acts one way and the other acts like an enemy.

Deep down, they all play the game. It’s real life WWE and somehow people still think it’s real.

The all do exactly what their told to do. I know it can be depressing to think about it but I’m honestly not sure why it is. What’s depressing about knowing there’s not a single thing you can do to change it?

That's the problem with the democratic party, they think like you, where they can be everything to everyone. That works for you because no one is trying to step on what you care about, or you might actually be in line with the DSA. Don't be surprised when your "everyone" party starts to lose some of those groups when you allow evil groups to join. It's not about your radar, it's about other people's radar and don't be surprised when people won't vote democrat any longer because of who the democrats allow in.
