Right. You have freedom of speech. You do not have the right to disrupt or damage your employer's business with your speech. Matt Luke's wife was at MSU in the late 90s and our kids have run in the same circles (before he was fired and went to UGA)....I asked her once how did her allegiance work with her husband being the HC at UM.....she listened to the same smart person you mentioned...
