It was quite easy, you should be able to read the original post and figure that out but since you haven't/didn't..........
-For starters, I openly admitted in the first line that it was for PURELY SELFISH REASONS, I'm not trying to hide that fact, therefore its about me. Understand?
-Secondly, I noted that out of town fans can sit comfortably in their homes and not have to experience ANY of it so it's obviously not about them. Those not here can just enjoy the game from their homes while thinking how cool it is that Gameday is in Starkville while those of us living here can starting as early as Wednesday afternoon try and make our way through already torn up blocks of downtown and Highway 182 (thanks Lynn Spruill) or sit at every red light on Highway 12 East and West bound in bumper to bumper traffic while creeping towards work, home, or a place to go get a piece of meat for the grill and a 6 pack, or whatever else we require in our normal lives. Then finally on Saturday morning we'll all venture out early to again sit in traffic while possibly upwards of 60,000+ fans (hopefully not all of them AL fans) also converge on campus to the same square block known as DWS for an early game where multiple streets not normally shut down on campus will be closed and temporarily re-directed who knows where so as to accommodate the 18 wheelers and ancillary vehicles lining the streets that brought in all the infrastructure to put on Gameday. I look forward to the game, just not all the crap that comes w/ Gameday. I'll be there as usual pulling for the Dawgs though, hope you will too..............
