Ok, I found out she’s paralyzed from waist down so now I know.

Yeah. She jumped out the window after cutting herself. Over guilt. Because she knows what she did.

I googled her civil suit against the Dr's and/or drug company. She described how she did it and even what she told the kids as she did it.

Apparently, her lawyer offered to stipulate her confession in writing, but only if the prosecution split the trial onto two parts, and the prosecution denied that.

So she admits it, in a court filing, but didn't confess during her trial.

They need to investigate the husband.
They probably have, forwards and backwards.

Let me ask you this question: Why would she cover for him? - They're never gonna "be together" ever again. So.... why? It's over. Their lives together, I mean. It makes no logical sense for him to be involved.

But, on the other hand, ain't nothin' logical about murdering 3 kids either, so... IDK.

They have. He's on camera away from the house during the event.

I think people are glossing over the fact that she admits she did it. Her lawyer admits she did it.

The judge is going to personally interview the one holdout juror.

They will badger this juror into backing down or have him/her removed.

Justice.
actually this is not justice at all, the prosecutor should have went for a lesser charge and that would have increased the chances of a guilty verdict

Is it ethical on the part of the attorney and the judge to publicly badger a juror?
Declare a mistrial and retry with a new jury.
no it is not ethical
Liberals argue that men can get pregnant but that men aren't allowed to have opinions on issues like abortion and post-partum depression because they aren't women but that they don't know what a woman is and men can be women.

Make it make sense.
how many babies have you had 18istheman so what would you about it? furthermore, who is the one usually responsible for preventing pregnancy in most cases, because we refuse to wear protection, so lighten up on the liberal bashing dude!

I'm not much of a Nancy Mace fan, but she made a good point: if postpartum depression is a get out of jail free kid for murdering your kids, then any women diagnosed with it should lose custody of their kids.
I am not much of Nancy mace fan either. this case reminds me of the brutal murder in Fort Bragg, the Green beret Dr Jeffery Mc Donald. He killed off his entire family and was out getting with woman very soon after.

I heard someone say today, they thought the husband may have done it and framed her for it. My fault was, if the husband was evil enough to kill his three kids, he would’ve sliced her wrist and killed her too. Everyone thought it was a murder suicide after that. Why would he leave her alive if he did it? Doesn’t really make sense as a theory.

Decades ago, I watched a documentary about the group of people that were supposedly the actual murderers.

One had a wig, and they actually found wig hairs they could never explain. And one of the group confessed in prison, but died before they could get him on record (conveniently).

Didn't you just prove his point though? He's lamenting how liberals say men shouldn't have an opinion, and you counter with telling him he doesnt know about it because he cant have kids.

His alibi and change of clothing are questionable. Along with his advocacy for her over medication. Its been suggested he may be the one that is the voice in her head. She is easy prey apparently. I'm not dying on this hill just been talking and listening to my wife. BTW she isn't supporting Clancy either. We just discuss and analyze. I admit it is sketchy and hard to believe a woman would do this willingly.

I didn't care much about the result of the trial until I realized the precedent it sets. Women gone be offing people left and right since they have a get out of jail free card.

Yep, "Abortion Gone Wild"
Which is probably the intent of the crazies backing this "wonderful woman".

How many, God loving, well adjusted people, kill their children? So, are we saying that we should let all crazy people off? You have to put them away, not kill them, but put them away for life.

She sent her husband to pick up food then murdered her 3 kids by choking them to death. I couldn't care less if a "voice" told her to do it. Life in prison is a light punishment. She deserves a needle in her arm.
