Nope, this one took place in Myrtle Beach, she was abused over and over by a Pastor, then apparently SHOT herself in a NC State park. SAD SAD story, and that idiot is apparently still preaching..

I think the charge should have been lowered to 2nd degree as suggested by the defense attorney, the burden of proof for pre meditated murder is much higher, which can make reaching a guilty verdict more difficult.

One piece of evidence, but I read where she Google mapped his route for when he was gone while she killed the kids. To me, she was seeing how long of a window she had, and shows premeditation.

Also, I read where 11 jurors are in agreement and noted to the judge that one juror has a different opinion of what "reasonable doubt" means. Fwiw
