You make a plain chicken breast, what’s your guilty go to sauce/dip for it?

Bitchin' Sauce is my go to. There are 10+ flavors but I prefer the Original and the Chipotle.

Plain chicken for a salad is Montreal Chicken and then either blue cheese or ranch.

Plain chicken for a meal is Montreal Chicken and then Devil Spit.

If you are talking about a gross flavorless piece of chicken breast - grill it, shred it, cover it knuckle deep in either a solid bbq sauce or make your own honey mustard sauce (equal parts honey and mustard - choose your own but French's Yellow works amazingly well here - with some finely chopped parsley and a dash of ground hot pepper of your choosing).

Serve on a butter toasted brioche bun with a slice of tomato that you stole from your neighbors' garden.

Im going to expand on my BBQ sauce answer. Lately been on a Blues Hog and Kinder Sauces.

Bachan's Original Japanese Barbecue Sauce is really tasty and thinner that US BBQ.

Back when I was really into fitness, I would down at least a couple plain chicken breasts a day. Wouldn't even use sauce ... just some italian seasoning sprinkled on top, and I'd go to town. Now, if I did it, I'd probably dip it in some BWW Hot Buffalo sauce.

i'd make a pan sauce from the fond in the pan from searing the chicken breast.

if i'm grilling it, i likely wouldn't use any dip because i like the taste of grilled chicken just seasoned with S&P&GP

edit: i do keep chick fila sauce in my fridge for those nights when i air fry chicken nuggets so i guess that would be my guilty pleasure answer

I guess if I got stuck with a flavorless piece of dry chicken, I'd smother it in Stubbs BBQ sauce, either the original or the spicy.
