The team is 24-13 and had won like five in a row, they’re not going to win every game. They played a bad game last night, but they’ll be okay. They’re not going to win it all, but overall they’re having a pretty good season. They are still a couple players short and Lexie Hull and MHA have done very little to help them this year. And Raven Johnson was a bad pick.
What happened to MHA? She did well early on, eh?

you didn’t happen to post formerly under the name Deplorable Sleeping Dog did you?

He was from Ottumwa and also had some “different” takes on things
No I was always OiT aND I had a 100K posts on the old site and I met several guys on here. And I did the podcast one time. It had a lot of hits. Never sleeping dog. But I know devil was from ottumwa I think his name was devil. He ignored me cuz he was a liberal. I think i recall a dude from ottumwa also but I don’t recall his name maybe it was sleeping dog.

Get a dominant inside presence sounds good until you look at the reality of the situation and realize there's only a few posts better than Boston in the WNBA.
Bottom line is this team will not win a title with the current roster.
Against decent teams, they consistently get out rebounded.
Regarding AB...you have to give something to get something. Boston doesn't dominate like you're expecting a #1 pick to dominate.
Indiana mgmt has to make changes while they have CC/KM together.

Raven was a horrible pick. Considering last year when CC went out they were able to fill her role admirably with Odyssey Sims and a few others. So instead of trying to get a starting guard to replace Lexi or a Power Forward we took a backup pt guard, who even when CC rests can’t get into the game.

The roster is flawed, your idea of trading Boston does nothing to fix their flaws. Paying Hull & Billing only for them to take a major step back has killed the Fever this year.

Boston's averaging 17/8.5/3 as the third option while playing the fewest minutes of her career due to an injury. She's pretty damn dominant.

You keep saying they need to trade Boston, tell me who the Fever are getting back in return that will make them better. Because I can make a pretty strong case that there's less than a handful of posts better than Boston and they wouldn't be traded for anyone.

Boston is kind of a distraction. The owners and the coach are the problem.

Here's coach. (4:24).

Wow, he's in full throat today. I'm hoping he's watching his blood pressure.

He seems like he really knows his X and Os, but so much of it is just COMMON SENSE. Towards the end he pointed out Caitlin was on the side of Arike instead of being in front of Arike with her back to the baseline. Exactly like I posted about earlier, btw!

Apparently Lexie thinks guarding a post means just standing near her. The Coach does a good job of showing how Hull just gets so easily brushed aside "guarding" someone like this.

The Coach may seem hyperbolic in his ranting but he can't be far off either. Borderline criminality is White's coaching.

It doesn’t help that the pick and roll between Clark and Boston has pretty much disappeared.

The guy is funny as heck. I love it. But I am afraid it’s worse. I am afraid somebody is getting paid off to tank. Ronnie Harmon style

He is funny both for what he says and how he says, or screams, it.

I think it's just a "good ole girls" network that must be shielding White from seemingly any accountability. How can she otherwise trot a defense out there like that?

Either she is that bad of a coach…or somehow motivated to do it

If I understand this correctly you're a PSU fan but here just because you like Caitlin. If that's the case then that's pretty cool and I say welcome aboard.

In case anyone is still doubting who is the face of the WNBA and who made everyone a lot richer this season....

Overall, the 12-largest WNBA viewing audiences since 2000 have occurred in the past 3 seasons, each involving Caitlin Clark — nine Fever games, her two appearances in the All-Star Game and the 2024 WNBA Draft in which she was selected first overall.

Sunday Aug 16, 2026’s Fever-Dream WNBA regular season game averaged 2.58 million viewers on ESPN, marking the largest WNBA audience of any kind ever on cable. The previous high was 2.54 million for Fever-Sun Game 2 in the first round of the 2024 playoffs, Caitlin Clark’s most-recent playoff game. Indiana’s win, which peaked with four million viewers in the 7:15 PM ET quarter-hour, was the 8th game this season to average at least 2.4 million viewers — doubling the previous 25 seasons combined. (Note that this is the first WNBA season since Nielsen shifted to its new “Big Data + Panel” methodology and the second since it expanded its out-of-home viewing sample to cover 100 percent of markets in the lower 48 states. It is likely that some games from the prior two seasons would have hit that mark under the same conditions.)

32 year old Courtney Williams of the Minnesota Lynx had a 561.1% increase in her annual salary.

Williams was paid $180,000 for the 2025 season. Then she signed a two-year, $2.44 million deal that pays $1.19 million in 2026.

This. a PF or a true center and play AB at the 4, a position I think she's better suited for

Lol, today he sailed right into the "Please subscribe ..." in his regular raspy voice, but in recent videos it's like inserted in this little, tiny, meek voice which is comical too.
You've listened to his older NBA breakdowns, haven't you? He's really toned down the cussing lol. Yikes. Some of it was borderline banishment. :)
