Teams really need to start trying harder on her. It's truly frustrating watching people defend and (not) box her out game after game after game after game........after game after game after game..........and then listen to the WNBA Blazers talk about how elite she is.

Yes I get it's women's f***ing basketball and 90% of them don't box out and just wait for the ball or jump with no bearing on their surroundings, which is mostly why Angel has succeeded thus far in her playing career, because she's one of the 10% that doesn't play like a brain dead female post player................but it's time it stops.

Look, I won't deny her positive impact of the WNBA, but the WNBA is also the sum of all parts.

Who's she gonna play? a bunch of nobodies? How much do people turn into Project B, Euro games, etc?

Women's basketball has 2 leagues with eyeballs on it: WNBA and NCAAW, maybe FIBA if the US women are playing.

I think you're going to make a much better argument to have the WNBA restructure and shift cultures, than to get people to actually follow Clark and Sophie to a new league where no one will hurt her.
