I would also think the venue has agreements with their security vendor that allows security to dictate removal decisions on their own. Of course most fans that wear such don't think they are bothering anyone. But it's up to the venue reps, not the fans. So not sure how a lawsuit would work there.

Plus, such disputes and issues related to tickets are usually handled by arbitration, which is a tiresome and long process.

Looks like they got what they wanted though out of the deal which is publicity.

Plenty of victim advocates in South Carolina would say a lot of crime here goes unpunished, especially in small towns in South Carolina.

I tihnk your post and view is evidence that some people watch the greasy wheel the current administration focuses on and they ignore the things the current administration doesn't focus on. For example, if you look up Florida medicare fraud, you see tons of stories over the last 20 years- including former governor and current Florida senator Rick Scott who led a company who was fined almost $2 billion dollars for committing Medicare fraud. (A topic Rick Scott hates to talk about when asked about it)

I've mentioned this before on here. When I worked for Blue Cross, the biggest state by far where saw fraud was Florida. Current court cases against Florida related companies facing accusations are well into the billions. Yet you really never hear Florida mentioned.
