I hope these 2 ladies file a lawsuit. - I hope they win.

Basically, these insane leftists need to learn what the word "No" means. - Obviously, they didn't learn it from their parents. - Beating it into them is illegal..... so.....that leaves bankrupting them as their only harsh lesson, and I'm perfectly fine with it.

My response to a security guard saying someone finds my shirt offensive.....??? .... I. DO. NOT. CARE!

This is an open and shut lawsuit / loss for the WNBA / Atlanta Dream.

So ridiculous. And yes I hope they sue them for millions. I guess "trans privilege" is alive and well in the WNBA. I would love to know some of the shirts that were allowed in there. They would have had to rip mine off of me. And didn`t they recognize the illustrious election-denier Stacey Abrams, who would have turned Georgia into Minnesota if she had been elected Governor, before the game or something? WNBA is a joke other than the actual basketball? Hey that part is pretty good sometimes, although I can`t claim to watch other than seeing highlights.

I saw another poster refer to them as the ?nba, since they got together and couldn't define what a woman is.

The ironic thing to me is that they have stirred up women to the point that they are attacking other women for having the audacity to defend women.

Do the owners of the team have a deeply held religious belief about the falsehood of chromosomes?
They probably have deeply held religious beliefs against made up controversies to divert attention from real problems.

Answer to your disingenuous question: Nothing.

Real question, you didn't ask? - So, what's the problem? - The problem is they (WNBA/Security Guard) stated the shirts violate their rules...... - That is a lie. - It was made up on the spot, and those shirts DO NOT VIOLATE the rules, as written, in any way, shape, or form. This is nothing more than some "offended" liberal making crap up on the spot......and literally expecting to get away with it. - Nope. Sue them.

Furthermore, those 2 fans paid $$ for a ticket.... for the privilege of entrance to watch a basketball game..... They did not pay an entrance fee to console some poor liberals "feelings."

Typically, most tickets to venues have wording that says management has the right to remove someone for any reason that they consider to be a disruption. I would also think the venue has agreements with their security vendor that allows security to dictate removal decisions on their own. Of course most fans that wear such don't think they are bothering anyone. But it's up to the venue reps, not the fans. So not sure how a lawsuit would work there.

Plus, such disputes and issues related to tickets are usually handled by arbitration, which is a tiresome and long process.

Looks like they got what they wanted though out of the deal which is publicity.

So, thats a no.

The supreme court ruled on public businesses having the ability to refuse creative services (making a unique cake) against their religious beliefs.

I get that you thought it was a good gotcha, but its not the same situation.

Minnesota - up there with Ca., Illinois in terms of fraud and waste, favoring illegals(all of us taxpayers pay out of our ***** for them by the way) instead of hard-working average Americans not to mention either gubernatorial incompetence and/or being complicit with the fraud and waste. Learing Center, anyone? Mutilation of confused minors - no problem. Defiance of laws if you don`t like them - tell people to go out & raise hell, threaten others and then blame law enforcement when it doesn`t go well. A few "errors" at the ballot box? No worries - it was probably only a few. With "leaders" like Walz, Omar, Frey I wouldn`t live there for anything. Rape a 10 yr. old girl repeatedly? No problem - Walz said it wouldn`t make the streets any safer there if he stayed locked up so he pardoned him - thank God Rubio had him deported after that. Also, the Democrat nominee for the Senate there - Flanagan - is reportedly more left than Tampon Tim, which is hard to believe.

Not to mention infant mortality in Minnesota is much lower than South Carolina, Georgia and every southern state.

Also this -
  • Minneapolis, MN vs Columbia, SC: Columbia’s crime index is around 50–52, which is lower than Minneapolis’s 55–56, but Columbia’s violent crime is higher than Minneapolis’s.
Key takeaways
  • Overall: Minnesota’s state-level crime rate is generally lower than South Carolina’s

Don`t think that would be true if you count abortions as part of infant mortality. And I`ll take Columbia anyday. Not sure I believe the numbers since they don`t count a lot of things there as crimes - i.e. tolerate, ignore or don`t bother because it won`t go anywhere if they charge/prosecute someone - that would be crimes in S.C. When your Attorney General(Ellison) and Governor(Walz) are basically crooked I`m sure many things are overlooked like all of the fraud they have uncovered that they somehow didn`t know about.

You are spot on.

Just the first example I found with a quick search.

And we all know how well they chase down and prosecute fraud. (Learing Center for example)

Impossible to know. I think there are plenty of abortions in South Carolina too. Studies show infant mortality actually increases in states with abortion bans. After Abortion Bans, Infant Mortality and Births Increased, Research Finds | Hopkins Population Center | Johns Hopkins University

Well, you'd take Columbia any day because that's what you know. Nothing unusual about that.

Plenty of victim advocates in South Carolina would say a lot of crime here goes unpunished, especially in small towns in South Carolina.

I tihnk your post and view is evidence that some people watch the greasy wheel the current administration focuses on and they ignore the things the current administration doesn't focus on. For example, if you look up Florida medicare fraud, you see tons of stories over the last 20 years- including former governor and current Florida senator Rick Scott who led a company who was fined almost $2 billion dollars for committing Medicare fraud. (A topic Rick Scott hates to talk about when asked about it)

I've mentioned this before on here. When I worked for Blue Cross, the biggest state by far where saw fraud was Florida. Current court cases against Florida related companies facing accusations are well into the billions. Yet you really never hear Florida mentioned.

I didn't think it needed mentioning, but Tree seems intent on sticking his foot in his mouth.

Minnesota gave us the "mostly peaceful" riots that killed dozens, cost hundreds of millions and were defended by certain people in govt.

But yeah, SC is just like that.

Thanks for admitting you just want to see things the way you see them, facts and data be damned.

Horrible comparison. The crux of the wedding cake case was that you cannot compel speech. It had nothing to do with refusing service. At all.

Ironically, the only reason they got publicity is b/c they were forced to cover the shirts up. If they had been left alone, nobody would have ever heard about it.

Again, there is a very simple explanation for the difference.
