Ya it’s crazy and not like it’s even booked well so maybe they’ll just leave it for a while.
He's been washed ever since he came back from that leg injury. I was hoping, but not expecting, maybe he had worked some rust off in ROH, but alas he had not.
Do we get an interim for the interim champion?
Another reason why you don't do interim championships. As much as Triple H and WWE loves to obsess over and copy AEW, you would have thought they would have learned not to do interim champions. But I guess that's what happens when you have a bunch of pretentious, arrogant, and egotistical idiots who lack all self-awareness who hired a bunch of mediocre yes men running creative.

They need to train these NXT trainees to be wrestlers rather than stunt performers following a strict script.
That’s all well and good in NXT where they have regular house shows and are practicing their matches all week before going live on TV.
But on main roster they’ve drastically reduced house shows. The wrestlers aren’t together practicing their matches in the week or weeks in the lead up to the match. They may not even find out who they are wrestling until the day of or the day before! And for the weekly tv shows, they aren’t sitting down with the match producers to go their thru matches until the day of.
It’s like starting out in a highly regimented college basketball program where the coach calls every single play from the sideline. Then their next step is the NBA where the players are largely expected to be able to follow the framework of the team’s system then making decisions and reading and reacting within the confines of that framework because they rarely get time to practice during the regular season.
If all you know is the narrow vision of basketball your college coach drilled into you then it’s going to be difficult to adapt when that system isn’t in place in the NBA.

Dark Side of the Ring has been pretty damn good this season, minus the dumb deathmatch episode in the gym 200 people knew about. I'll never understand Brian Last's constant complaints about the show. I guess if you're a wrestling savant then sure, they'll leave something out you think may be important but we're never getting a miniseries on Bossman or Vader so it is what it is.
His music could be 1,000 times better than what Liv Morgan did at Wrestlemania and still be really, really terrible. Still think it will be a hard pass.
So the scheduling conflict was the American Cornhole League on ESPN2 and a documentary on Jim Abbott on ESPN.

And he wasn't even all that good in college. He played 5 years at Jacksonville State as a TE/WR and finished his career with 53 catches for 629 yards and 7 TDs. Took him four seasons to record his first multi-catch game, never had a single 100-yard game, and only had three games over 50 yards.
Not like this guy was an example of a good player stuck behind a loaded WR group on some P5 program who could have transferred somewhere lesser and showed out. He was on Jacksonville State.

It’s a shame that Zilla is by far the worst wrestler in the family. His last match in HOG against Amazing Red was such an embarrassingly bad performance that it made Jade Cargill look like prime Kenny Omega in comparison. He has potential because he's a good athlete but guy has to fix the problems between his ears. WWE has their work cut out with him on and off the screen. Hopefully for everyone involved he works out but he's very far away from being a main roster guy even if you ignore the whole terrible in-ring wrestler stuff.
