1. ********.
2. Having a QB like Kamario Taylor gives Lebby the opportunity to be the next Gene Chizik- Good qb, wins games possibly with a nc. Suck the next year and get canned afterwards.
3. If MSU finds itself HC shopping, the coach at GT is the ONLY answer.
That dude is not leaving GT for us. For one, they still have much more money even with our TV stuff, and two, he’s a GT alumnus.

Zack Selmon:
1. Hired Brian O’Conner
2. Raises tons of money and donors love him
3. Hosted 4 huge events on campus that have been great for the university, Starkville, and fans
4. Got rid of Lemonis at the right time
5. Got rid of Arnett (glad he’s back as DC) at the right time
6. Hired Lebby. I was disappointed with the results last year but he more than doubled his win total and now has a Franchise Quarterback, competent DC, and a nice looking state script rope hat
7. Has a good plan for facilities

John Cohen:
1. Whiffed on Kiffin
2. Hired Hugh Freeze
3. Hired Hugh Freeze
4. Hired Hugh Freeze
5. Never in the running for Kiffin round two
6. Whiffed on Jon Sumrall
7. Has Steven Pearl running their most successful program of the past decade.
8. If Jared Benko got pushed out at Georgia Southern, he definitely would have been the right guy for us**
9. Hired Hugh Freeze

Mississippi State - the most toxic fanbase in Merica.

Thanks Keenum for hiring this clown of an AD.

What’s worse is that a significant portion of our fanbase gets their info from ED. @Bulldawg77 We
This post just oozes intelligence.
That’s what I was thinking . The lack of self awareness is incredible with this guy or he’s the best troll there’s ever been if it’s the latter . Hats off ( seriously) but I suspect it’s not

Here's my thing with this supposed ultimatum, why would all these proven coaches on staff now, come in for one season? Just doesn't make sense to me when they could get better jobs than this

Apparently you don't get it. I can't stand him. But you're on his level.
Goat is Goat, but even I can't abide with anybody else being placed on the pedastal of absolute suckage that Coach34 occupies.

He is and remains the undisputed, undefeated champion of awful.

Because they believe in what Lebby is trying to build here. They see the increase in financial commitment to staff and NIL. While our fans find new and innovative ways to shite on our program. The outside perception in coaching profession is a lot different than our own fans. Now ultimately results on the field must come.

I have no insight, but I would say we have to show something really positive for the entire season. Our schedule is rough. I just don't know if we have the bodies to do it. As far as our athletic director goes, I have yet to see anything that excites me about Mississippi State athletics in general.

Outside perception is you can't win here. We couldn't even get coaches to interview when we hired Lebby. Unless we're willing to pay very big money for a coach AND staff, we'll just go hire the next Billy Napier from the G level. We won't hire another coordinator though. Let's hope Lebby wins this year so we don't have to look at that reality.

The main reasons for the coaching pool was part lack of NIl adaptations, especially from fan base, and a lot of coaches knew the lack of talent that was on campus. We have also increased our coaching staff salaries to be competitive with our rivals. We have closed the gap on talent thanks to NIL commitment by some fans.
Shoulder have to move on our candidate pool will be much bigger and deeper. Mullen helped change the perception of our job. The po ol we can’t win or don’t have the money also needs to go away in 2017 we were prepared to offer Mullen 7MM to stay.

We’re never going to get the most popular candidates. Duh. But we had better options than Lenny, our AD (and most of our fans) just don’t understand how to find them.

Since we enjoy nepotism at MSU, I believe Lebby will get a raise and extension for winning 4 games. Nevermind that attendance is going to be the worst most of us have seen in our lifetimes. Last year did it for me as far as our coaches are concerned. I respect if others feel differently.

I’d take Herman, Frost, Zach Arnett, Pete Golding etc… anyone vs what we have now. I can’t imagine I’m alone. Keep in mind we kept Hutzler after 2024.
You would take Pete F'ing Golding right now, before he's coached a game with his own team?

And before you say it, Trinny was the coach for the playoff game last year, and he will carry them as far as he can this year. They will lose a couple of games they're not "supposed" to because of dumb decisions by Golding, then when Trinny and Lacy are gone next year... look out. And I can't f'ing wait, if only to shut all the asskissers up about them.

Pete Golding gets a job at ONE place….that’s Ole Miss. And that is because they did what you’re supposed to do when you have it rolling - promote from within. If it doesn’t work, it’s easy to move on. If it does, you’re golden. And it’s always most likely that you’ll have the best immediate outcome if you don’t change everything immediately after a coach leaves - he was successful for a reason.

Golding may be good, he may not. But you’ve got to make that move. Just like we should have hired Grantham or Gonzales after Mullen left. Again, if it doesn’t work, oh well, but I bet we’d have done better than 8-4 in 2018 had we made that move. Or at minimum, ANYBODY who wouldn’t change what had been working. I still don’t understand what Cohen was thinking there.

Weirdly enough, we did it in 2023, but since we didn’t have a strong AD in place who would make us keep the Air Raid for at least one year, it failed. Only MSU could have made that choice. All Arnett had to do was keep the Air RAID folks in place for one more year, and he likely goes 6-6 or 7-5 at worst. He’d then get another year and he could have made whatever moves he wanted at that time and nobody would have blamed him. We’d have probably even given him latitude to have a rebuilding season if needed in 2024, considering the seniors that left.

My main point was that there is a group of olemiss fellators on this here board and I can't stand it. Anything they do is awesome and perfect, and meanwhile we should kill off our mens sports - especially baseball - because we suck at life.

Maybe I'll be proven wrong, but I think pete golding is one of those guys who was born to be a defensive coordinator, not a head coach. I believe he's going to be moderately successful this year, but only because of the loaded roster that KIFFIN built. I am just not buying that f'ing beardo was secretly the brains behind it all last year - which those cocksuckers in oxford would have you believe. Hell i've talked to multiple olemiss supporters who behind the scenes admit that's not true. They are just doing the typical "fake it til you make it" pretending he's the bees knees until they are forced to make a change. They don't care - it's not like they have a conscience or get embarrassed about this kind of shitt. It will all be part of the grand plan and the next guy will be the second coming of freezus christ all over again.

I'm just never going to buy into their bs or agree with the a-holes that come on here and do. F@ck 'em.
