You really read that and couldn't tell I was talking about freestyle hence saying we were 5th in 2019 and won Gold and Silver as a team the last 5 years 🤷
Just like you really couldn’t tell they were talking about top 3 in the class, not top 3 in the weight class when you live on message boards 24/7 and already know the argument haters try to make about Cael consistently. Plus, who the F would be tracking top 3 in a weight class over 15 years not named Willie or Wrestlenonothing?

Word salad works both ways. @Coastal2 is free to play dumb just like you do when it suits your purpose.

But I wasn't playing dumb. This is a college board so U17s has to be looked at as looking at potential college wrestlers. Saying Team USA had a less than desirable performance implies that recruits/prospects in the future class might not be as strong. Saying that the Americans weren't good is being guilty of terminological inexactitudes.

I said early in this thread that quality kids who could make US teams are declaring for other countries at younger ages. My point being that American kids had a really solid performance overall and that near future recruiting classes include a ton of "studs".

Again, this is a college wrestling board and if it were an international wrestling board, the discussion is different.

Plus someone saying that a PA kid that everyone who follows the sport in the state has heard of isn't an American is bull crap and reeks of bigotry.

It's not always black and white . The context was Team USA not guys who live in the US but wrestle elsewhere. Team USA had 2 freestyle medals those are facts . Play the bigot nonsense all you want it's my fault for thinking you understood things
